*SPOILER* Is the opening to KH3D a flash forward of sorts?

Posted

If I'm reading this stuff off the "Destiny Islands" website correctly, the X-Blade can only be forged in the keyblade graveyard (as old Xehanort says, it is the foretold location of the final battle). Plus TAV, Mickey, and RKS are there (rumored 7 lights)...

Just now catching onto this, but the final segment of that opening video seems to be a bit of foreshadowing.

In the opening there's Roxas instead of Kairi, though.

Opening isnt canon to who the 7 are .Just symbolic. Also, showing Kairi or Lea wouldve been spoilers for the ending/ secret ending xD.

Ya I thought the same thing, it might just be symbolic of the kh3 ending.

Still gives me hope that Roxas will be back, though. I don't think they'd include him in such a scene, even in the opening, if there wasn't some meaning behind it.

Nah. Doubt it.

Nah. Doubt it.

Any reason for the doubt? Things needed for Xehanort's plan:

1) Keyblade graveyard

2) 13 Dark Vessels

3) 7 Guardians of Light

Seems like things that will happen in KHIII

It was just symbolic and it's not set it stone that all those included were the 7 guardians of light since Kairi and Lea are coming into the picture.

That's why I said "of sorts."
