Ok so I am trying to find a Brilliant Fantasy (well 2 of them) and in the guide int he guide section it says you get that in the special portals 1 and 3 of TWTNW. I did special portal 1 and I do not get it. Is there a specific chance rate to get it or do you need to beat it quickly with the bonus objective? I need the 2 fantasies for the Ryu Dragon, every way to make it involves brilliant fantasy

You should get it in all three Special Portals at TWTNW with Riku. I believe they are the bonus objective prize, but I'm not 100% sure on that.

Portals 1 and 2 have other possible prizes as well, only Portal 3 should give you Brilliant Fantasy for sure.

3rd one sometimes gives it. Although I've noticed whenever it's at a specific spot in the map, I always get it.
