Keep dropping until you see a Pegaglide as the shape in TWTNW, this is a special portal. Do this with Riku. Every time you win or every other time you should get a Brilliant Fantasy. That's how I got mine for Ryu Dragon

Whenever I'm in Symphony of Sorcery with Riku, I go to Snowgleam Wood to find the 6th special portal and the forecast says the ruler of the skies but all I find is any ordinary portal link. Can someone help me?

I should rephrase that: "You can just keep letting your Kab Kannon die, take its materials, and then revive it by scanning its card again." Just don't revive Kab Kannon when it reaches 0 HP.
