Our Worlds are Ours Alone (1 x 1 with Sora's Baby)

Posted

Long before the three heroes -Ventus, Aqua, and Terra- set foot in another world, long before even the terror of Master Xehanort could even be prophesied....long ago when Keyblade warriors were many.

They all gathered at The Land of Departure. Here, it was known as the Keyblade academy, where young apprentices seeking the ways of light would find themselves here. And two young teens, both aspiring to be named Master, find themselves here. What adventure awaits?

"Ah.." Cealus said, noticing the teacher was, in fact, not present. "Whelp, I guess we actually got here early." He then said, looking to Jade with a happy smile, the same cocky one who once showed many times before.

"Guess we wait, then."

Jade nodded."So we shall." She said.

She reached over and patted Ceal's back. "Don't worry." She told him.

"I'm fine." Cealus replied, putting on a sweet smile. "See? Nothing's wrong."

Cealus turned his attention back to the board as a man walked into the room. The man's hair was a mess, the brown mop looking like he had only recently woken up-- and the black-white robes he wore looked creased and wrinkled.

"M-my apologies, class...It seems I was running late...again..." The man said, placing down a massive portfolio that looked like it was ready to fall apart.

Rob laughed."So your late again?" He asked.

Jade looked back at Rob. "That's not nice." She thought.

"My apologies...I had run into some trouble on my way here." The teacher said, beginning to open up the portfolio; examining it's contents as he went, "Mm...no, not that one...eh, no..." He would murmur as he flipped through the pages.

Cealus smiled, though. There was something about this teacher he really liked.

Jade tired to smile weakly. "What class is this again?" She asked.

She yawned trying not to be to loud. "Oh..." She whispered.

Three weeks later, Cealus nonchalantly walked down the hall-- heading to his English class. At least, he was until he saw something that piqued his interest. A large, yellow poster that declared:

'Annual academy tournament in two weeks! Applications are open!' The poster began to drone on some more, showing that the tournament was a myriad of olympic-style events that took up a whole week- all leading up to the big, tournament-finale on the final day. Cealus nearly dropped his books at that. The thought of finally returning to some action was sweet. But he needed to train first.

Jade walked up to him."In your own world, again?" She asked with a sleepy smile.

Rob sighed. "Following me again?" She asked Rob.

"No Jade, not this time." Cealus said, nodding to the poster. "It seems they're holding a tournament or something." Cealus yawned. He was tried, but this sight had almost fully woken him up. "I'm gonna sign-up for this." Cealus reached out a hand to write his name via a provided pen on the given sheet, carefully writing his full name with his left hand.

Jade blinked at him. "That's cool. When is it?" She asked paying no mind to Rob.

Rob walked past."Whatever." He muttered.

"In two weeks." Cealus said, finishing up his application. "Right. So off to class we go, then?"

Lucy had been quite busy that past few weeks. She hung on her umbrella, carelessly floating over the Olympus Coliseum. She giggled madly, looking at the area beneath her. "Mommy once told Lucy of a creepy man with a really big chin...where's Mr. Chin-Man?" Lucy asked out-loud, knowing not a soul could hear her. She giggled again, floating a bit downwards as she began to descend towards the Underworld.

Jade looked at Ceal."I'll cheer you on then~" She said.

She smiled lightly. "Right." She said cheerfully.

Cealus blinked, "Awe...you're not gonna sign up?" Cealus asked, putting on an exaggerated pout as he looked at Jade. He certainly was a bit disappointed, but with his cheerfulness, the disappointment wouldn't last.

Lucy giggled, floating off from the coliseum. Behind her, a wave of Heartless began to swarm the arena itself; a rather well-built man doing his best to fend them off-- with a large winged horse as his only ally.

"That's one world for Lucy!" The girl giggled, floating away.

Jade laughed."Not unless you want me to kick your butt." She grinned then started to walk off.

"Come on slow poke." She teased.

"H-hey!" Cealus protested, picking up his pace a bit. "I could so win! I'll show ya! I'll beat that entire tournament, and show you that I can do things! I show ya I'm not a weakling!" Cealus said, smiling wildly. He sighed, seeing that Jade didn't seem all too interested.

Jade turned and looked back at him. "You coming or not?" She asked.

She gave a small smile. "You'll win if you work hard." She told him.

  • Author

"I'm already following you." Cealus replied, increasing his pace to match with Jade's, smiling sweetly to her as he went. "Of course I'm going to work hard! These next two weeks, I'll train harder than ever before!" Cealus announced out-loud, attracting the attention of a few passing students.

Jade smiled. "I'm glad to hear it!~" She said happily.

She took his hand. "Now let's not miss class." She said.

  • Author

"Yeah yeah." Cealus replied, resuming a more normal look on his face as he calmed down. "I'm going to go to one of the other worlds for training." He announced, looking to Jade. "I hope you don't mind. I was thinking of heading to Agrabah, see if I can't use the heat as part of the training exercise..."

"After school?" Jade asked.

"I guess, I don't care,I could use the time to read or study." She said rather flatly.

Cealus shrugged. "I don't really study all too much, and I seem to do fine, I guess." He admitted, "So I guess I'll be gone for a few hours tonight. But uh, let's get to class now.." Cealus said, nodding to the upcoming door. Upon reaching it, he quickly opened the light wooden door, gesturing for Jade to enter first.

Jade entered the classroom."I understand..that's cool." She said.

She sat down in her seat. "Good luck." She thought.

Cealus quietly sat down next to Jade, quickly taking out a small book while he waited for the teacher arrived. The front clearly displayed two anime looking characters, but that was about it. Cealus sighed, resting his head on one hand.

"Where is the teacher..?" He whispered, looking around.

Jade yawned. "Hmm,somewhere." She said half out of it.She grinned at him."Coming." She said sleepily.

"I guess." Cealus replied, settling back into his book. He smiled faintly, glad for the small lull in the daily activities. Sadly, it was that moment the teacher chose to arrive, entering the room in a hustle.

Cealus sighed, setting down his book.
