Posted

Long before the three heroes -Ventus, Aqua, and Terra- set foot in another world, long before even the terror of Master Xehanort could even be prophesied....long ago when Keyblade warriors were many.

They all gathered at The Land of Departure. Here, it was known as the Keyblade academy, where young apprentices seeking the ways of light would find themselves here. And two young teens, both aspiring to be named Master, find themselves here. What adventure awaits?

Just follow the usual Roleplay and Forum rules and such. That is all.

Glich nodded. "Y-yeah,I..think we should to.." She whispered.

She had a blush on her face. "And...t-thank I think the hug helped me."

Nohara nodded. He was shaking. That was the closest to affection any girl had seen from him...in probably all of forever.

"Let's hurry, then." Nohara said, beginning to lead Glich back into town. Everyone seemed to be in the same state of disarray. People couldn't leave, many were freaking out, and the sky began to get dark as the duo reached the plaza.

"Do you think it's going to rain?" Glich asked her voice hollow.

She looked at the sky. The mood had changed rather quickly. The sky had shown that.

"I don't know." Nohara admitted. He really didn't. The sky was a blood red as they entered the plaza; ten thousand other players all jam-packed into the small area. The chatter was amazingly loud. People were cying, screaming, yelling, all wanting answers.

And suddenly, the sky went dark. It filled with small hexagons that read Error, and suddenly a massive, red-robed figure appeared. He floated before the crowd, his presence god-like and ominous.

A loud voice boomed through the area, "I am Kayaba Akihiko, the creator of this game. As you have seen, there is now way to exit this game. This virtual reality game is locked from the outside world..and as of right now, I am the sole ruler. The rules are simple. You die within this game, and your NerveGear will send a shock and kill you in reality. If someone removes your helmet; you will die. The only way to escape is to beat the game. Please, check the item you just received."

Suddenly, a screen appeared before every player: a new item was in their inventory. Nohara opened his, and suddenly a mirror appeared in his hand.

"The NerveGear has scanned your face...and this mirror has transferred the real identity of yourself, and projected it as your avatar. You will have the appearance like in reality. There are no lies here. I await for the person who will beat all 100 floors." With that, Akihiko vanished from his god-like position in the sky. Nohara gulped. No escape. Death was real. Monsters could actually kill him. Player vs. Player was a matter of life or death.

He was thankful that he set his appearance to his real-life one. When every reverted to their actual looks, there was much uproar.

"G-glich?"

"Why are you being shy again, not like I changed. There are...no lies and I...I have nothing to lie about...so,sorry. However since I'll die soon,I might as well tell you...I'm far from normal. " Glich warned.

She sighed. "My mom, might kill me..."

Nohara blinked. He was close to freaking out. Everyone was.

"How..are you so calm?" He asked, his hand feeling as if it would start shaking. This was a bit much for him, and he wasn't one to freak out so easily over things. "We can die here...I'm glad you kept your appearance real..but..we can't leave this place..." Nohara said, frightened.

"If what you say is true..I hope your parents don't take off the NerveGear."

Suddenly, several screens rotated up in the air. They were news channels, all stating the same thing. The game had trapped 10,000 players. All afflicted were to be transported to hospitals.

Glich tilted her head."I've been through a lot." She told him.

She sighed. "I mean look at my name." She added.

Nohara slowly nodded. Glich. Like a Glitch, a false piece of coding that only ruined the whole program. The thought caused Nohara to sigh. The red sky was gone, replaced by the normal skybox.

"Let's go. Let's..just walk around town for a bit." Nohara said, looking around. People were starting to calm down. Nohara knew it was only a matter of time until things resumed normalcy.

Glich nodded her head sotfly. "That...sounds fine." She said, her voice held a shake.

"Anyway,I think we should get health...things?" She asked.

  • Author

"Eh..I think they have health phials." Nohara replied, "We should stock up on them before the vendors get flooded by people." Nohara began to walk through the crowd, trying to find a way through.

"We don't have much gold, but we should at least try and get new weapons and armor." Nohara said, looking back to Glich.

"Like 30 gold each?" Glich questioned.

"I wish we had got more." She said.

  • Author

"What I like about this game is that people can make their own shops. So I'm sure we can look around for a tester who already set up one, and maybe we can get a phial or two for a discount." Nohara said, looking to Glich with an awkward smile. "So how about it? Mind sticking with me for a little while longer?"

Nohara couldn't believe what he was saying. He was asking this girl to join up with him. He was terrified of girls! Why was this one any different?!

"S-sure..." Glich nervously agreed.

She sighed. "I bet...."

Nohara began to talk rapidly as his anxiety increased.

"There's a lot of cool features in this game. I've been studying on it for awhile, so I know quite a bit. Anyone can make shops, buy homes, make items, even go hunting and fishing. One could even get married within the game, too." Nohara said, giving the most awkward smile as he counties and walked down a path.

Glich blushed when she heard married. "Married, huh?" She asked.

She laughed. "I guess that's cool." She said calmly.

  • Author

Nohara nodded, "it's mostly just beneficial stuff. Shared inventory, battle bonuses around partners, stuff like that." Nohara explained, his face red. Not from embarrassment, but from how anxious he was.

He stopped. Down one alley appeared to be a hidden away shop. Most NPC vendors laid along the main road, which meant this one was owned by a real person. The sign read 'Allexi's wares.'

"Still it is cool." Glich said.

"Anyways,I'm glad to have met you."

  • Author

Nohara smiled, "I know, right? This game is pretty cool." Nohara walked down the alley, and gently opened the door. Almost immediately, he was tackled by a pink-haired girl, whose short-hair flowed neatlessely as she grinned madly at Nohara.

"Brother~!" She cried, but almost immediately frowned, "You're not my brother!"

"No...I came because this looked like a shop."

"It is! Allexi's wares, at your service!" The girl cried, giggling as she stood up. "Sorry about that."

Glich sighed. "Not noticed again." She pouted slightly.

She looked at the girl. "Um,excuse me?" She asked slightly ticked off.

  • Author

Allexi immediately jumped up, her arms going defensive as she shook her head with her eyes closed. "I'm sorry! I didn't realize I jumped on your boyfriend!" She cried, looking at Glich apologetically. "P-please, take this." She said, handing Glich a glass phial containting a red liquid. Immediately, a item recieved screen popped up, declaring that the user 'Allexi' gave Glich one Health Potion.

Nohara stood up and brushed himself off, "She's not my girlfriend. Just someone i met." he said, realizing that he had just been tackled by a girl. He closed his eyes in anxietic fear.

Glich hugged him. "Oh,why not?" She asked.

"I know you like me~" She teased.

  • Author

Nohara froze and pushed Glich away, "N-no, no I don't!" He protested, his face flustered.

Allexi grinned, "You two do make a cute couple.." She said, her face turning sly as Nohara became even more exasperated. "But..anyways...since you're here, would you two mind help looking for my brother? He wasn't at the big plaza thing...and I ran back here to see if he was. I think he was out in the field...so..uh, mind looking for him? I'll give yah something! i was a beta tester, so i managed to make quite a lot of stock."

Glich kissed Nohara's hand. "Hm,well I looove you~" She giggled.

"No what does he look like?" She asked.

  • Author

Nohara gulped and took his hand away.

"Um...like me! Red hair! He's wearing a sort of samurai outfit thingy. His name is Klein." Allexi said, smiling to Nohara, "You take good care of that girl." She said, turning her attention back to Glich.

"And your name is?"

"Glich." Glich told her.

"Now,we will do our best to find him." She promised.
