Okay. I just got Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance, and was playing (awesome game by the way). And saw all this stuff about link portals and what not. Came here to see what the buzz was about and kind of got overwhelmed lol xD anyways my OCD is stopping me from picking up the game again until I find the question to this answer......I mean answer to this question.

I want to beat all the portals to each world before I move on to the next, uhhhh do should I wait to get to the end of the game or is it possible to beat all 12 portals for each world at moment!?!? Help I'm dying to start playing again.....and yes I have really bad OCD.

Do it after you beat the game. It lasts longer.

Alright!!! Sounds good. And to keep the portals open, like if I beat just the 12 traverse town portals, do they stay open or do I have to beat every worlds too?

I believe that there are six portals in each world besides the last one where there is three portals.

But you're best bet would be to continue with the game and then each time you drop, check the previous worlds and see if a new portal is open.

You can do that by checking the Forecast.

I recommend this because its what I'm doing and it seems to be working. And if the Drop Gauge gets low but you haven't found the portals you can just use a Drop-Me-Not or a Drop-Me-Never.

Hope this helps =D

doing it each world at a time is also more time consuming.
