Because Lea doesnt have a gummi ship ? Plus its dangerous to keep using the corridors of darkness so its the safest way to travel otherwise

The walls between worlds were down at this time... And they had the gummie ship. After one the walls went back up and Sora had to unlock special lanes in order to travel. Lea doesn't have a Gummie Ship, but I am assuming he was using corridors of darkness. Which is Dangerous for him now that he's human again...

Mickey is a Keyblade Master and maybe the gummi ship is from him , but however maleficent and pete travels between world as they will.
