A quick question: how do you level up the drop bonuses (attack gain, magic gain, etc.)

 

You can't level them up, drop bonuses stay the same with the same dp price. The only thing you can do is unlock more bonus options for beating certain bosses.

Collect the droplets. (Forgot the name, but it's small and blue) How to get those is just by defeating a lot Dream Eaters.

You don't level them up, you just buy them. Press right on the d-pad to choose the level. You'll need more drop points to afford them though.
