It is implied that these are Sora, Riku, Kairi, Ven, Lea, Aqua and Terra

 

Ansem The Wise Theorises that Sora has "the power to bring back the hearts and existences of those connected to him, to

recreate people who we thought lost to us forever, our most precious treasures - even an empty puppet"

This seems to imply that he has the power to bring back not only Ven but also Roxas, Namine and Xion.

 

But seeing as Xion, Roxas and Namine where born of Sora and Kairi, they might just count as an extension of Sora and Kairi's light(ness?)

 

Basically what I am trying to say is that maybe we'll end up with 13 vs 13

 

Sora Vs Xemnas

Riku Vs Ansem

Kairi Vs ??????

Roxas Vs Xigbar

Xion Vs ??????

Lea Vs Siax

Namine Vs ?????

Mickey Vs ?????

Donald Vs ?????

Goofy Vs ?????

Terra (or at least his spirit) Vs Young xehanort

Aqua Vs Old Xehanort

Ven Vs Vanitus

Why would Aqua fight the main villain of the whole plot? You'd think that honor would go to the main hero...

 

Anyway, Sora will probably fight and destroy at least half of them. It's just how Sora do.

True, Sora probably will kill most of them, I was just pitting them up against their most natural enemy.

Well it's 13 Darknesses Vs. 7 Lights so it's not an even field.

I think if Terranort was one of the 13, Aqua would fight him, and Old Xehanort and his 12 other selves should become one super boss, providing a final boss for the Xehanort saga. I just don't see how Oldnort could fight Sora if he lost to Terra....

Real Xehanort would probably have the X-Blade and would probably somehow be drawing power from the True Kingdom Hearts (not an artificial one like in all the other games) and thus would be REALLY powerful.

Is this not a yin and yang thing? Yin is Darkness. 13 is considered unlucky to Western cultures, naturally associating it with Darkness. Yang is Light. In Western cultures, seven is considered lucky. In Judeao-Christian theology, seven is the number of completeness. When the complete light and the unluckly darkness collide, they will cause the x-blade to be completed. I think that it has to be balanced power, judging by MX's first attempt trying to create it by having somewhere with equal light and darkness (this theory on balanced power might be a little much seeing as MX has tremendous power)

I thought of the same thing about it being 13 vs13 but terras one of the darks litsen to what xhanort says to mikey and riku in theater mode anx what riku says to ansem aka terrra

In the end I want them to be fighting in teams of 3,

 

Sora, Riku and Kairi,

Donald, Mickey and Goofy,

Lea, Xion and Roxas

Ven, Aqua, Terra

and Um.. Namine can be cheering them on (as she is kinda useless )

 

Namine and Minnie can be drinking tea on the sidelines.
