How do you get tornado and meteor and the rare dream eaters?

I started a critical file and used my old proud one I beat the gam yesterday after three days mind you and I have lord kyroo and aura lion but I dont have keeba tiger or any of the dinosaurs or the dragon lizard >.> and im in hunchback world and up to the final boss for both

If you had them actually MADE on your proud file before your critical file, AND u transferred them over, u should have them. if u only had the recipes, you wont get them or the recipes

Tornado is in a chest in the Glen at Symphony of Sorcery (Sora). I can't remember if Meteor is Ability Link or in a treasure chest.

I don't think Riku can use Tornado. I doubt it works against Sora's last boss but I haven't tried it. It's good for groups of enemies, but Mega Flare is the best at clearing out a room.

It does some damage, but honestly I would stick with moves like ars arcanum and icebreaker. They do plenty of damage to the final boss.

Tornado is kind of a bad move
