Ever since Sonic the hedgehog 3 in 1994, people have been waiting for a new addition to the original series. so this summer, the first episode of sonic the hedgehog 4 is coming out.

this is sonic's first game which is exclusive to download. this will be purchase-able through the Xbox Live Marketplace, Playstation Store, or WiiWare in the Wii store. judging by it's name, i guess there will be a few installments for this game.

 

what are your hopes for this game?

 

personally, i don't think it will beat the recent 3D games ('sonic and the black knight' and 'sonic unleashed'), but i'm hoping it will be as addicitve as ultimate flash sonic, a clone of sonic 1, which i like to play alot (play it here: http://www.gamemagnet.com/ultimate-flash-sonic)

i hope it's good i hear it's 2-D which is plus but i have never been that big of sonic but trailer was alright

I think the only way it could be more appealing was if they used 8-bit again like the mega man company did for megaman 9 and are doing again for megaman 10 ^_^

and it will also be 2D (i dunno bitrate, but i don't think more than 32)
