Kara walked on the sidewalk to the school, a new school. Psyche, the god of Souls had made this school. The teachers are practically fallen angels that fought in the Great Soul War five hundred years ago. Kara's blue shard lit up slightly as she entered the school, her walking causally to her class room. "Karasu Suzaku, come with me to the office!" the principal yelled from the door. The whole class laughed. Kara slowly got up and walked out of the room, and in three muinets, she was sitting in the principals office. "Kara! You are one of the chosen. Go along and make friends that were chosen by the Godess of Souls and go capture demons!" the principal yelled. Kara just nodded and walked back to her class.

"Don't worry about me people will make rumors anyway if you stick around me, plus 'them'....." I picked up my bag and headed out of the room feeling eyes on me probably at the blood, even though my hair hid my face I put on my hood as well it made me feel like no one was there...

"Ah-hah!" I walked up to the two people who also had shards. One was a girl who seemed to care for the other. The male was being quiet and had his hood on. I turned back, and looked up at the girl, as she was taller. "Sorry to ask so randomly, but are you aware of Psyche, the god of souls? You see, that shard around your necks are parts of Psyche's very soul. Our job is to collect certain souls and deliver them to Psyche. This must be very sudden, but I believe we must adventure, seeking and collecting the souls. But...where to start?" I then turned to the male, thinking to myself. (I see he's hiding black blood. Is he completely...human? Either way, he was chosen.) "Now, to introduce myself, I am Joshua Akira. You can call me Josh, though. This is Kira Frost, she just recently seemed to have gained amnesia. I want to help her gain her memories, as well as continue our 'quest.' And you are...?"

I read Josh's mind, "He didn't figure out, calm down....." I thought, I stopped even if I didn't talk at least I didn't ignore people and looked at Josh. "Name's Zero........"

Kira only stared at Joshua's actions. 'what's he..... Doing.....?' she thought. She stared at her shard, holding it with both hands. Her wings spread outward, feathers flying and dancing in the air. 'i fell.... From the sky.... If only.... I could reveil..... The truth.....' she thought solemnly.

I looked at the girl with wings, "What truth?" I asked her mind, I was similar to her I had wings thats how I ecape the lab but mine were black like crow wings......

 

( Anything with Italic's means I'm speaking in someone's mind, I thought this would make it less confusing....)

Kira gasped in surprise. 'I-I'm an Angel.... I fell from the sky one morning, and now I can't remember anything. My feathers should still be lying in the spot I landed.' she replied through her mind. She smiled.

(Zero, he can talk to me through his mind? That means he can read mine, right? What is he? Ugh, stop thinking Joshua!) I tried to block my thoughts quickly before he read it again. I replaced my thoughts with that of what i read. He would be gaining valuable information by reading my mind anyways. "Kira. I'm curious now, where do you think we should start to jog your memories? I've heard gossip about you falling from the sky, back when we were at class. If that's true, i'd like you to take me where you fell. With your wings and my magic, maybe we can find a place in which you fell from..?" I saw Zero staring at Kira's wings, when i noticed Zero's black ones, tucked away. (Zero, if you are reading my mind now, I must ask, are you an angel? A fallen angel, or even a demon, maybe? I won't tell anyone if you decide to answer. If you are demonic, you seem quite good. No matter what you are, I, and apparently Psyche too, trust you.) I thought.

Kira nodded. "I know where I fell. I think..." she said. This was one of the times she had to speak. "it was a garden. Quite beautiful in fact. But I can tell you, I didn't land gently. But.... Do we HAVE to go? I don't like it there...." she said, her sweet voice filling the room as feathers fell.

"Im Kara...I guess you could call me the saved one..." she studded. "My parents and I fell off a cliff when we where driveing, my parents died on the spot. I was knocked out for a while, but then I noticed it." Kara sighed. "I have a scar shapped like the symbol of a soul on my back." she addmitted.

Quite beautiful in fact. I don't like it there... "Is it one way or another? I suppose we don't have to go, but do you want to regain your memories or not?" I remarked. "It's up to you, but i'm going sooner or later." (She's regained a personality, that's a start.)

 

 

 

 

(What's in italics is Joshua imitating/teasing you, btw)

 

When Kara even mentioned "parents" I silenced dead in my tracks. (I lost my parents as well, she didn't know, so I couldn't blame her.)

I looked back at Josh he probably saw the wings........ "Neither.........I........am..............." I couldn't finish when I heard 'you seem good' never in my life I ever heard someone say that to me.... "The Son of the God Death, he is Hade's kinder brother....."

After Kara spoke, i could only think, and didn't want to talk anymore. (The son of the god Death. Despite that, I still trust you Zero. As did Psyche. I'll keep this betwen us if you'd like.)

Another new school. Matches finds no surprise that all the girls are staring at him. Maybe since he is the rich kid and has the looks to fit the part. Matches manages to find his classroom and finds an open seat. Matches can see some people staring at him. Being the new kid doesn't help. The teacher comes in and class begins. Work was assigned and Matches gets to work. After a while of doing work Matches starts to feel weird. His head starts to hurt a bit. " I just need to clear my head." He asks to go the washroom and leaves the classroom. Out of the classroom Matches begins to roam the school.

"I-I do!! It just.... Oh, never mind..." Kira said, the garden beginning to haunt her like a ghost. "I really do, but when I fell- no! I can't tell you!!" she yelled, closing her eyes tightly and hugging herself, leaning against the wall. "I can't tell you." she said, beginning to cry.

"Thanks.......Josh..." This was the first person I could trust......even though he barely knows me....

Kira began to cry now. I couldn't just stay quiet anymore no matter how much sadness I feel. I didn't know what to say, though."Kira...don't cry. You don't have to tell me anything, we don't have to go anywhere right now." I couldn't say much right now, still. It seemed the four of us could all be bawling our eyes out right now.

"I dont know what happened before my father took the wrong turn......" Kara sighed sitting down, her brown hair covering her eyes. "I just wish that I knew why you guys seem framiliar.

"Kara...my parents they're gone too. Its been that way since I even younger. Hecate took me in, but...she's a goddess. She never really had time for me. Normally id despise anyone to bring up parents around me, but I have no excuse here. You've felt my pain and I've felt yours." *my eyes watered, and then I started to cry* (She...understands me...) (Why does everyone feel so familiar with eachother? Especially when...I don't)

Everyone lost their parents.....but mine.....at least they we're lucky enough to have good lives....

I tried to stop crying, and block thoughts of my parents. "Kara, Kira, Zero. I think we've spent enough time here. Should we go home or search for others here?" I packed all my stuff except one book. (Zero, there is a book on Death I left for you. Maybe that can help in any problems your having...) I thought, hoping he heard

Kira stopped crying and wiped her tears. "I really do want to get my memorys back..." she said. She sighed, staring at the ground. 'that battle.... I keep thinking if it's true or not....' she thought, keeping her strongest secrets in her head.

"Thanks but I'll ask my father if I had problems." That was a lie I never told any one my problems not even father who knows it was just because I didn't like worrying people, and if I did they wouldn't care.....

Matches was done roaming the school and went back to class to finish his work. After a long day school finally ends. " I'm out of here." Matches leaves the school grounds and makes his way home. On his way home from school, Matches notices a group of people that seem odd. "beats going home and doing nothing" Matches feels the need to go up to these people and see what is going on "um, excuse me what is going on here."

I tried hiding my black blood with my hood not answering......

Kira turned to Matches. 'great.... Just another person I have to keep secrets from...' she thought. She backed away, closing her wings and trying to hide them. Again, it didn't work. They still were completely exposed. "can we... Just head to the garden now....?" she asked, growing impatient.
