Why Ven was banned?

 

I haven't been around much lately, but he seems to be getting some negative rep for being rude.

 

You guys tolerate me, why is he banned?

Well the thread was removed, but there were a few times when his conduct got a little out of hand.

 

basically, saying :

respected site? all i see is awesome children doing obvious statements on the whole kingdom hearts role, not even one serious discussion, mods continuously closing threads without even checking if it's necessary, period

 

is highly uneeded along with all the other comments he made.

 

Earlier, me and cella were looking for another discussion on a topic about a kingdom hearts thread. We found the similar topic and felt the newer topic should be closed, so we did so. Then, later on instead of doing the proper thing and simply letting us know of the simple mistake, he posts a thread in the wrong section which where he cursed and whined in a manner that's highly unnecessary about the thread's closure. Not only was he cursing and being unproductive with us staff, he was arguing with other members who felt he was being wrong. He continued to break various rules and just didn't care.

 

Instead of asking him to stop (which he wouldn't) and closing/removing the thread and risk him just repeating his wrongdoing, it was easier to end the situation and put a temporary ban to keep him from being able to throw his fit any longer. Although his ban is temporary, he needs to learn how he should handle things, and the way he did was not very mature. I apologize for the inconvenience of his ban, if any, but I was "just doing my job" how he so deeply desired me to do.

 

There were a few other occasions similar to this where his conduct wasn't very good and didn't really help the community at all. =

 

If he wants to know why we remove/close/move threads, it is because if we feel that the topic isn't serious, is unnecessary, a repeated topic, or has no real discussion, we'll offer a different thread and close it, or remove the thread. Also, where he is also wrong, we actually DO check to see if the thread's closure is necessary. =3=;;

 

If he seriously has a problem with a thread being closed, or any other member for that matter, they can simply PM us and talk to us a calm manner. Moderators are just like any other member and make mistakes just like any other human being.

 

You're not bad like how he acted.

and because, unlike him, you don't swear/break the rules.

I wouldn't use the word "awesome" but the words "young" and "immature". All I'm saying is that he kinda has a point. That's why I don't take part in most of the threads outside of the Images section

 

If he was breaking the rules, being offensive (arguably I'm offensive, but most of the time there's a reason behind my rudeness), not willing to cooperate, and had bad conduct, then I understand.
