(I hope it's not crappy...I had this story in my mind for so long )

~PROLOGUE~

A symbol represents special things, like the Heart means love, and a Blank Heart means hate. I wonder what is the symbol for in between love and hate?

 

Chapter 1~The sealed-away Symbol

Symbol was a small island near Japan. It's a place where the trees are tall and the water is clear. It's like a non-polluted place. But, no mortal has ever dared to go there because the youkai live there. People feared that place so the monks sealed Symbol away. No one knew that two human fugitives were on Symbol, and they were sealed inside it. They decided to learn magic, hoping one day they could break the seal.

 

Many years later, Symbol was forgotten, and what was left there was youkai and some humans to continue learning magic...

 

In Jigoku, the Yama, Eiki deicded to check Symbol's condition. To her surprise, she found that Symbol is at an unstable condition. Eiki told her assitant, Kourin, to send a letter the person who can make Symbol's condition stable again. Eiki said that the person is someone who showed up in her magic morror. Eiki says her mirror never lies, as it helped her for so many years. Kourin sent the message, and Eiki was waiting to see what decision would the person make...

Its a good story idea...but sadly yes...it did turn out crappy. srry -_-'

Haha it's okay (My english is so baaaad. I live in Asia, and I'm a Chinese,so...^^") I didn't know how to write it, so I just made it crappy

I got a 'lil confused on the last paragraph, as to who everyone is.

I think there should be more description about Symbol, the characters and the "natives" let's say.

Chapter 2~ The symbol of a Cracked Heart

 

(For this chapter I'm using Koi[a character]'s view to tell the story)

It was morning, and I woke up and a letter fell from the bed. I picked it up and read it:

Symbol is in an unstable condition, only you can stop the cause.

You would find someone you never expected.

If you agree to this, go to Moonlight Plains on 8 o'clock at night,

then, you will meet her...

Yama of Jigoku...? I guess I should go check it out. A person I never expected? For so many years, the only people I know are my onee-san, Koe, and her favourite pet, Okuu. I went out to the Lost Bamboo Forest, and I sat down, thinking aout the past...It's been so many years since that day, the day I sealed my Satori Heart away...

 

~130 years ago~

My name is Koi. I am a Satori, just like me onee-san. As a satori, I should be proud of my mind-reading power, but because my onee-san was feared and hated by many, I decided to seal my Satori Heart away, thinking it would get rid of the mind reading ability. During the first few days, the shell of my heart lost it's light, meaning the heart is not there. No matter what happens, I cannot feel anything, I was emotionless. But then, after those days, I saw the shell of my heart glowing. It had a light blue shine. This isn't my Satori Heart, because me and my onee-san's was light orange. I tried to read minds, but instead I found out I can implant other thoughts into the minds, this ability is useful for tricking people into doing something else. Besides that, my onee-san couldn't read my mind anymore.

Because we were born during the Great Suwa War, we had to escape. We came to Symbol, and we found an unused mansion in the middle of the bamboo forest. So, we decided to live there...Till now we're still living there, living normal lives......

It's 7:30 p.m. now, I should go to Moonlight Plains now...I wonder who will I meet there?

Chapter 2~Black Heart Symbol under the Moon

 

It's another night with a full moon. For so many months I've been captured, I'm only allowed to go out on full moon nights. I always wonder: Why is it me? What does she want to do with me? But, no one gives me an answer.

 

It's 8:00 in the night. I see a figure walking towards me. It was my other half, Koi. I know her, but she doesn't know me. She walked towards me, and asked for my name. I told her my name was Kirai, and she told me she was Koi. "How many days has it been since the day you made me exist?" Koi looked a little confused, but when she saw the orange light glowing from my "X" shells, she asked, "Are you..." "I'm your other half." I told her before she could finish her sentence. "I am not supposed to exist, if it wasn't you." "Huh...?" "When you sealed your heart away within me, I existed." "Is that why your "X" shells have my orange light?" "Yes. Because of this heart, I was released from your body, but I don't officialy exist."

 

"I am sorry, but I have to go now." I said, and then I teleported back to where my master is. "So, your other half has met you?" "Yes." I answered my master, Gin. I hope Gin-sama doesn't do anything to Koi...

oooooo tingly. I do hope the master does nothing to injure the other half.

Chapter 4 is here~ This time it's Gin's view.

 

Chapter 4~Symbol of Strong and Weak

 

It was 8:30 p.m. Kirai came back early today. It seems like she met her other half. "Kirai, come here." I casted a spell on Kirai. "Yes...just like that..." The spell I casted...The spell my ancestors were working on for thousands of years...I was the first to use it...This spell will break the seal, and I can take revenge on those people who sealed us away...But, it isn't easy. I need Negative energy for the spell to work, and Kirai is the perfect being for it.

 

"Kirai, you will go on a mission tomorrow. Go to Wearth tomorrow and kill as many nameless youkai fairies as you can." Kirai's mission is also her training. Now, I'll be aware of Koi, Kirai's other half. Is it a coincidence she met Kirai just now, or did she knew? I must find out. The letter she was holding, maybe it contains the truth.

 

I didn't want to think much right now. I went and check on my twin, also my enemy, Vivit. I went to her room and found out she was gone. "What? How did she escape?! I made sure she can't escape from this room!!! How...?"

Chapter 5~Release of The Vivid Red Symbol

I escaped. I've been waiting a long time for this. I guess Onee-san never knew I've been trying to release my Symbol. My Symbol...the one sealed in my soul...I finally released it.

I ran. I kept running and ran into a bamboo forest and got lost. "Geez..." I'm lost, and now I have no where to go. I kept walking and found a path leading to somewhere. I followed the path and found a mansion in the middle of the forest. I saw a girl walking in the mansion, and I silently followed her. But before I could get in, she saw me and asked "Did you get lost in the forest?" I nodded. Now I know this girl is a youkai. Her Symbol is a heart shpe with a little crack on the bottom glowing a light blue light.She invited me to stay for a few days. "Onee-san!!! We have a visitor!!! Do you mind her staying?" She has a sister like me? I wonder how does she look like. "A visitor? Hm...Escaped...Got lost...Found a mansion. You're a human aren't you?" I didn't tell them anything about me, but she knew...She's a satori youkai!!! No wonder she can read my mind...

"I'm Vivit, you are?" ...Koi didn't answer me. Koi..? Is that her name? Why did I sudden;y know her name? "I'm a satori youkai, but I sealed my Heart away, so I couln't read minds but I can implant different thoughts into others' mind." She explained to me. "That's why my Symbol has a little crack at the bottom...and has a blue light instead of orange..." She told me about her past.

Now I'm in her mansion, no, Her sister's mansion. I tried to think where to go next, but I feel so tired and slept...

Chapter 6~Sound of The Musical Poem

 

It was a full moon night. Koi went out today. She was holding a letter when she went out. Maybe it's from some other youkai outside. "Onee-san!!! We have a visitor!!! Do you mind her staying?" I heard Koi said that. I hurried downstairs. A human was beside her. "A visitor? Hm...Escaped...Got lost...Found a mansion. You're a human aren't you?" That was the first time I talked to a human. She nodded. I agreed to let her stay and went back up. I continued to read the book as I was sipping some tea. It was March 14, 12 midnight. This date is really familiar...

 

I heard a sound. A sound coming from the basement. What is she doing? Maybe I should go check. The sound will get louder and louder if I don't... *Gasp* It's March 14, 1997... Now I remember...

 

~Flashback~

Koe:"Look, I'll let you stay here. Please don't let my sister know of your existence."

???:"Could you put a clock and a calendar here? I need to know the dates too you know..."

Koe:"Fine...I'll change the calendar ever year, but why do you need to know?"

???:"To remember the date you put me in here. After 100 years at 12 midnight, you must come here."

Koe:"Fine, but what do you plan to do then?."

???:"You'll know after 100 years..."

~Flashback end~

 

The promise I made with Shigaku...Now, I really do wish she never existed...It was her fault she is like that now. What does she want to do anyway? What is my other half thinking?! I can't bother so much now. I'll go look for her...in the basement.
