well since you are asking where you want to grind for EXP the simplest is just go through The World That Never Was you will get a lot of EXP and you will level up really fast, I got both Sora and Riku to Level 99 just going to all the areas there and a lot of the dream eaters up to the high 40s at least.

Every time I would finish a world, I'd stay there for a while longer and level up a couple pf times. At the end of the game The World That Never Was is the best training route to go.

Totally agree with that. Also SofS has a good grinding spot outside the mysterious tower, but it is boring as hell.
