What is the best video games news site? I am getting tired of IGN. IGN is getting annoying. So, where else can I check video game news?

That would be a matter of opinion, but some of the most popular ones are Gamespot, IGN, and Game Informer. Since you don't like IGN I guess that narrows down your choices. But, if you don't like IGN then I would say stay away from Gamespot. lol

Gamespot is under IGN?

Gamespot is under IGN?

No, Gamespot is just really harsh. Even more so than IGN and I'm assuming that's why you don't like IGN. That's the reason most people don't like IGN. I personally have no problem with either of them.

Can't argue with that logic. IGN is pretty harsh with things. It's like they expect too much.

I don't really think they're too harsh, even though a lot of other people do. Sometimes they are, but that just varies depending on the editor. I actually like IGN the most between the three I listed. I feel like they're the most level-headed. Game Informer is usually really open to giving high scores and Gamespot is too harsh, imo.

Try Screwattack. That's a pretty good site. For Eastern game news, Andriasang.

IGN is the one I normally use. They have good news coverage, and their reviews are normally adequate to help me figure out whether I'll be interested in a game. But for other sites, I get Game Informer's magazine, which is pretty good, and I'd assume their website is of similar quality. I wouldn't recommend GameSpot, their reviews are really harsh, and while their coverage is fine, IGN is a better site to use for something like that.

Out of those three. Its sad to say that Ignorant Gaming Noobs are probably the most reliable, for news. I watch their reviews to read the comments on youtube anyway :P

I hate IGN, they tend to be extremely biased, especially regarding shooter games. Game informer and PC Gamer are my favorites.

G-spot.
