PS3 Mass Effect 3 online prices confusion

So on the homepage of the PS3, on the PlayStationStore, It says Mass Effect 3 is only $15.95

So I'm like hell yeah gonna get it.

Then after I opened the ME3 section and went into the game it said $109.00 ???!!!!

I was like what the?!

So I am so confused and was wondering if anyone knew anything about this because there is no help on the Play Station site.
