If Ven has to poop. Or does he just poop in his pants? Is he even able to poop in his current state? What about pee? I bet it stinks in there. I'm sure when he wakes up hes gonna lay out a huge fart.

It'sa logic question but don't try to find real world elements on games. Have you seen any of the KH Heroes go to the toilet? So this thing it's kinda out of the question

They totally poop off screen. That's why in the cut scenes it flashes to other characters.

I think it's ether since his heart was given to sora, the poop sort of was sent to him, thus the reason why sora isn't that smart, after all I'd be dumb if I spent all of the school day fighting brown heartless.
