"Chris, you expect me to believe that? That there's a war going on that nobody knows about?" She sighed. "Alex, trust me. You can help end it." Alex shook his head. "Is this some kind of game? I have to get back to work." He turned around and tried to walk into the building but she stopped him, putting her hand on his shoulder. "Trust me. You need to come. Now." Alex sighed, looked at the sky, and shook his head. "Fine." He followed her to her car, and she shoved a phone in his hands. "Call Leon. He knows and he wants to help." Alex dialed his number and Leon answered.
"So, did she convince you?" He asked. "I guess..." Alex responded. "But..." Leon hung up. Alex gave her the phone back. She sped down the street, going through three red lights before stopping in front of an abandoned house. She opened the door and basically dragged him up the walk. "What's the rush?" He asked. "I'll tell you later."
She dragged him down into the basement and pushed him onto the table. Leon came in and ran down the stairs, and began to type frantically on the terminal. "Um, what's going on?" There was no response as a clear arch went over his eyes. Instantly he was forced into it, his mind being dragged into the arch.
There was a white expanse all around him. "Okay... Chris, I'm a bit scared now." "Don't worry." Her voice echoed through the area. "You're going to be fine." He sighed when a room formed itself around him, white walls covered in blood. He found himself holding a man, who was muttering, "You... you will burn for what you've done..." And subconsciously, he stuck a knife into the man's stomach, killing him.
Then, Leon's voice echoed in. "No...no... shit. Wrong year." Again, the white space appeared, then disappeared, and he saw nothing but black. Then a crack of white. Then my vision fully came in, and there was a man there lifting me up. "Shh. Shh." He said, lifting his head to silence other people. "You are Giacomo Luce. You will fight with us." Then white again, and Alex came back. "Whoa! What the firetruck was that?" He said, sitting up.
(whoa, getting a bit long there o-o, so. If you don't want to read something like that, tl;dr Alex went into the Animus and was reborn as Giacomo Luce.)
