The clothes look a bit off, but it does resemble Lightning. KIRA APPROVED (o.o)b

anatomy wise, it looks good, the bangs flying out in front bother me a bit tho idk why

i think if anything, work on the colouring to make it pop out more

the colours are kind of dull and boring and i would suggest expanding your pallet when colouring

with your permission could i colour over this to show you what i mean?
