In the Year 2030 the technology was created to make the gaming world real. This Technologey was called Beta Version. it was a gate into the world known as Beta. This world was a place where people created their personal look and chose their class, Spell Caster, Warrior, Ninja, Fighter, ect... they could come and go freely but one day something terrible happened. The Beta Version Malfuntioned and shut itself down. trapping those inside and keeping people from being inside. for it to take 30 years to build it would take far longer to recreate.

 

The people within the Beta Version would have to fight for their lives and live in this world till they could escape. luckly the Creator was in the world at that time and with the help of the Moderators they continued to create the world as if it were real life only with monsters, quests, magic, and a story line. The people in the Beta version were apart of the DataScape and other than being able to control themselves within it were no longer existant in the real world so they bonded together and built up families of their own. They acted like it was normal to live within the Datascape, But then one day something dark happened. new Creatures began to show up but without the control of the creator. nobody knew what was happening but they had to fight to survive in this time a group of people teamed up and formed the Debug Core. this group took out the creatures on a weekly basis.

"That is rather odd...why do you think that is?" Luna asked.

'If that was only it....Echo scares me too much....' she thought.

he then scrolled down to a section after Sheild. entering passives "well. here those other ultimate attacks are.... and that's what the will do to me." he said.

Luna nodded, standing up. 

"I'm going to get some rest Echo..." she said, walking to her tent.

Soon enough, Luna was asleep. 

"I think that would be best" said Echo.

I have walked pretty far, farther than any other time that I trained. Because almost everyone was sleeping. I saw a giant tree, took out my dual swords and started slashing at the tree. While Skull watched me his weapons were all loud so I silently slashed the tree...

Hibrai woke up and got himself ready, seeing Echo made him sigh.

"Did Luna just now go to sleep...?" he asked.

Hibrai looked down at Echo and smirked.

"Vampires don't sleep do they?" he asked. 

The tree started to fall down and I summoned my ice claw. Then turned it into water throwing it at the tree letting it slowly fall to the ground and the water spread everywhere hm... This would be useful...in some cases... Skull perked up as he realized I was done. He sat up and I petted him then got onto his back.

"No not really. Well more like i dont have to sleep. But sometimes i do it anyway." Said echo still staring at the clouds.

"So you chose not to sleep....I don't blame you. Those clones would give some people nightmares." Hibrai said seriously.

"Luna's asleep isn't she? Is she okay? Her clone was being rather harsh....so was yours and Xio's." he asked.

Echo sighed "my clone turned out to be a push over......and when I was done with it nothing truly remained..... except harsh words." said Echo..... "and I don't fear sleep.... besides in times like these who else would watch over the group?"

"Ooohhh....so you were watching over the group. That makes sense." Hibrai stated.

"My clone thought he could intimidate me." he sighed. 

"I guess it didnt work.." He said, Then he looked at Hibrai. "Xio probably got the worst. He got memories of his girlfriends death.... He lost those memories upon entry into the beta version.... Thinking she was still alive.... How much pain do you think he is in? After gaining memories of his loved ones death?" He said to Hibrai. Then he looked at Unikora's Tent. "Unikora turned out to be a girl..... And not just that but a holy mage. Im guess it was buried memories resurfaced..... I beleive Unikora tried to hide her true self.... As did i"

"What about you Echo...? Everyone seemed to learn something about themselves....I learned I need to pay attention and care for people more....I haven't talked to Luna about anything yet...." Hibrai said seriously.

"I'll talk to Xio if I can...." He added.

I returned seeing Echo talking to Hibari this time. I took a little bit of the cool air and turned it into warmer air to surround me and Skull. I put my nose into my scarf why so suddenly it felt like it was getting colder and colder? Was it the gem? No...I don't think so. Maybe my ice magic is rubbing off on me.

"I learned that I cant hide my true self.....when under the bliss of moonlight. Its just like the song my parents sang to me before they died." he said before looking at the moon again. then he began to sing harmoniously.

 

"If what we seek cant be found

Listen closely for the sound...

 

It rises like tree giving us shade

their tree tops the color of beautiful jade.

 

but beneath them lies demons, Demons Thirsty for blood

that they would kill If it weren't for the Flower Bud

 

It traps the Demons in the earth, locked tight and Caged

he takes a breath and all goes silent then the song becomes a bit more Violent then creepy nursery rhyme.

 

"Blood Here! Blood there! bodies all around

Death Comes upon us! that's the sound!

 

The sound pain, agony, and bloodshed begins

The song went back to normal tempo

Once again all goes silent. echo stands up as the cresent moon comes out of the clouds. he walks to the cavern and gets atop it.

 

"If what..... we seek... cannot be found.. I hope.. I pray...and now

its here it there and now.... I have found.....my home...a place.... just for me.

and now.... dear child..... sleep"

 

he opened his eyes and sat down atop the stone. "its a song perfect for a vampire is it not?" he said. water glistened in the moonlight as it ran down his face.

Xio was crying in his tent as echo was singing. as he watched his memories fly around him

Unikora was quivering in rememberance of what her life was like ... just to remember the past hurt her.... straight down to the core. but she stopped thinking and went to sleep quickly.

Hibrai stepped back a bit, now he was freaked out.

"You're parents SUNG that to you? Isn't that not disturbing?" Hibrai questioned.

Luna slowly awoke as she started hearing singing, she didn't move a muscle. She laid there too listen. It took her a couple of seconds to realize it was Echo who was singing. Luna sighed, sitting up but still listening. She got herself ready for the day, and as the song ended, she stepped out of her tent. She looked at Echo rather sadly.

"Echo...." she muttered.

"So much has happened to you..." Luna said, staring at him.

"I grew up around creepy people what can i say" He sighed as the moon was almost down and the sun began to rise. "This is life for me. I remember when i used to be like you but then.... Then that beast took me over at Red Sun Port. Then you hit me with that blood... Now.... I have this power and the curse." Said Echo. "But enough saddeness. Its bad for us to be sad." He pulled up his map. "I plotted a route to the desert thrught the ice lands. But i thought we could spend some time in the city for a while. "Altera City to be exact. Its just east of here."

I heard the song, a song I've heard of... But with different words. I swear the tune was the same though. I tried to remember it but failed to...

"You should tell that not being sad part to Xio..." Hibrai muttered to himself.

Luna looked at Hibrai before looking towards Xio's tent.

Hibrai just began listening to Echo's plans as Luna ran off to Xio's tent. She stepped into Xio's tent even though she wasn't invited to.

"Xio...." she muttered.

She only saw him weeping and staring at memories on a screen. Luna watched as the memories replayed. Luna didn't say a word, she when behind Xio and hugged him.

"Bad things happen....I know...but we have to keep going. Life is like a game....there are twist and turns, a beginning...and an end." Luna said seriously. 

".......games usually have happy endings though..... I never programmed an ending to this game....... I only hurt people in the long run" he told he tearfully.

"Some games have many endings though. Not all games have happy endings." Luna said seriously.

"But with how darkness is going here i see no light at the end of the tunnel..... Only fear" the memory screens shut down.

"Xio....we are going to make an ending to your game and beat it. You are the creator....right? Every book finishes because the writer writes the ending.....right?" Luna asked.

"I know I'm right, and were going to finish this game as a group." She said seriously.

".......I don't remember how to Program the game from the inside.... I try to remember.... to change it all..... but..... I cant...... I do have one more memory other than my loved ones death though...." he said. "I remember that I was the one who shattered my memories...... Not my entry into the game.... it was me." he Kept crying.

I laid on the ground staring at the sky. I couldn't tell whether it was day or night but I thought it was night... I wasn't completely sure then thought about my other...or my dear brother... I knew that it wasn't the real deal... I put my arm on top of my eyes...I was losing sight the more I fought... I would become blind soon...I knew the days of sight would not last long. My brother...oh I wished I would say sorry for many days. Wishing they would forgive this cursed child. Beta Version should of erased my existence long ago... I'm sorry.
