Yeah, I know, I'm doing this again....for good reason though! It's not healthy for me to keep all of this stuff inside my noodle! My brain is always processing and gathering ideas...and to be honest, this is the only place I can puke 'em out. No one gives a damn about what I have to say anywhere else....
But enough brooding, let's get on with it.....
First off: Some of this has a bit of the stuff mentioned in the thread I made about UNS3, but guess what? I'm ignoring it. Just like everyone else did. Besides, it's not for UNS3, it's for a title in the future. No mere developer is going to throw any of this into a game just because. My ideas are too layered and complictated....they need time and effort to be implemented.
Second off: Yes, there's actually 2 separate parts to this one....but don't worry, I---......---oh, sorry, a cat walked across my driveway. Anyways, I'll be sure to explain them all in detail and try not to speak in riddles....like I normally do.
Okay, then, enough jibber-jabber. Here's what I got:
(SETO-KAISHI!)
(Note: Elements discussed here involve the future title having characters from both Part 1 AND Part 2.)
So, costumes/skins.....Obviously a need in any good anime game. Let's be honest: fanservice is golden. However, in most Naruto games, we don't exactly get that type of fan-service in great amounts....sure, we got to play as Naruto in his PJs in Storm 1 (if that counts..), Storm 2 gave us the alternate for Sage Naruto: the Hokage Naruto. (Brilliant idea, I might add. ) AND we've already got news on Storm 3 that tells us that the Hokage Outfit is back AND that Naruto will also get a Samurai costume and a Goku outfit. (You already know how excited I am for that... ).....however, those aside....I think it's safe to say that more can be done, right? I mean, really, the possibilities are endless...we could have ANBU outfits for guys like Kakashi and Itachi...add in the Akasuki cloak for Orochimaru....give Kid Sasuke the blue outfit with his wristbands (after ducking out of that since UN1. ....seriously, why?)....giving Naruto a Dark Naruto skin, or for Sage Mode, a Dark Sage skin (you know, from UNS2? Cursed Dolls?)....or adding in costumes we've seen in big fights, like Naruto without his headband and with his jacket open (from the fight with Gaara), or Sasuke in his casual clothes from the short little sequence he had with Naruto on top of the Hidden Leaf Hospital....plus the multitude of outfits that have been created for movies, for guys like Naruto, Lee, Sakura, Kakashi, Sasuke, and more.....and speaking of Lee, who else wants to play as his original look? (Before Team Guy)....or what about skins for characters that don't really have a place but could if they swapped out with another one? Like an Izuna skin for Madara or a Shin skin for Sai, just for lulz? Or what about younger looker versions of characters for guys like Hiruzen Sarutobi and Danzo? Oh, and there's also miscellaneous costumes we've seen, yet haven't really be able to step into, or have not in a while...like Zabuza's first outfit, the camo one...Hinata's plain black outfit....TenTen's other dress...the outfit Ino wore at the Chunin Exam Finals....of and of course, all the outfits worn for those who are apart of the Shinobi Allied Forces, with a Allied Forces headband to boot...plus, about some Edo Tensei characters? They'd have the eyes or the robes, if necessary...maybe give 'em healing factor effects, just for an aesthetic....oh, and for the love of God...where's the Green Beast Naruto?! Oh, wait, that counts as a different character, doesn't it....ah, regardless, there shouldn't be separate characters for costumes or forms anyways....but, uh, that's another topic for another time....so, regardless, Green Beast needs a comeback, too!

Anyways, that's about it for that. You know there's about a million things Namco Bandai can use for costumes, including the ones I've mentioned and MORE....like I said, the possibilities are endless. Hopefully, the ones in UNS3 can at least cover some of what I'm getting at here...it is confirmed that more costumes will be available, so let's see what they got, eh?
Now we move on to accessories and a new system for them....now, before you ask, no, this has nothing to do with Ninja Tools or anything like that. This is entirely new for any Naruto game, and it takes influence from the DragonBall titles. For good reasons. Basically what it is, is a system where character accessories can be equipped, unequipped, or swapped out. Why is this needed? Well, there have been multitudes of different outfits that the Naruto characters have been able to offer us, as well as certain accessories. An example would be Naruto's green goggles. How about swapping those out for his headband? Maybe for both Part 1 and Part 2 incarnations? (wink, wink). Another example would be the bow Part 1 Sakura wore, or her hairstyles....so that meaning you could have her as long hair or cut, short hair with your own preference, and having the option to put a bow on either one. Also, we could rearrange certain items, so that we can have Sakura wear her headband around her forehead, like she did in her Chunin Exams fight. Same goes for Part 1 Ino. Another thing: so we can get this out of the way, Part 1 Sasuke would have a variety of options: his wristbands and headband would be equipped or unequipped so that he can match up to his several altered designs in the series (Before Graduating: wristbands with headband / Team 7: wristbands and headband / Leaving Konoha + 1st Part of Vs Naruto: no wristbands or headband / 2nd Part of Vs Naruto: no wristbands with headband)....plus his Black Oufit stuff (giving you the option to keep or remove his armband (with armband = Chunin Exams and w/armband = Vs Itachi. Just so you know).....some more examples include characters that have had their headbands knocked off, like Choji or Neji (especially Neji, so we can see the Curse Mark Seal on him), plus dealing with stuff like hoods or jackets being on or off (Kiba's hood, Tsunade's green jacket)....I think you get the picture. Now, I now this sounds super OCD, but, hey, options are options. The more, the merrier.
