I agree with Aqua7KH that is NOT Jack Black. Jack Black does not sound like that when he talks or has massive hair, hes a comedian I think, I know I saw him in Comic-Con videos.

Activision has released an all new live-actiontrailer, titled Surprise, for their upcoming FPS title Call of Duty: Black Ops II. Directed by Guy Ritchie, the trailer features several celebrity cameos that include Jack Black, Robert Downey Jr., and Youtube weapons guru, FPS Russia. Last year, the company launched a similar marketing strategy starring celebrities Jonah Hill and Sam Worthington to promote the franchise's popular tagline "There's a soldier in all of us." As fans rock out to AC/DC's "Black in Black", they will get a closer look at some of the “near-future” weapons that will be featured in the game along with zombies to top it off.

Here, let me revise this: Jack Black is the one about to snipe the guy, Robert is in the plane, Zach Galifinaskis is at 0:30 (not Jack Black) and FPS Russia is obvious.

 

I had a feeling he was the Sniper, but the angle didnt gave me a SURE confirmation. Wow thanks. but you were wrong about Jack Black being the person at 00:30
