Did you notice in Kingdom Hearts 3d that. . . *may contain spoilers*

Don't get me wrong or anything I love this game but did you notice in KH3D...

1)The worlds felt rushed

I thought these worlds were greatly picked, but I felt that they were overlooked too quickly. I mean they could of done more to the story of each world and more capabilities. The Grid for instance (which was the one world I anticipated the most) just gave you that one light cycle minigame with Riku and was limited considering you just go left to right, whereas in BBS in deep space there was a room where you're in space battling other unversed space crafts with your keyblade glider with a much broader scenery. They could atleast have had Sora play the disc battle mini games. They could have also incorporated for certain characters in a certain world to team up with you like Quasimodo or Quorra. For the world of Fantasia, all I could really think is that they could inputted more music. I mean come on, it's Fantasia.

2) How much Riku is a baddass compared to Sora

Not until this game did I noticed how girly Sora was (sorry Sora fans =( ). In the Grid (yea im using this world as an example again), you notice that when the black guards grab Sora he yells out "Hey that's not really friendly!" and then frolics away. In the case of Riku, the black guards arrest him and then he's like "yea sure let see how this goes" acting like he doesn't give a shizz like a boss.

3) How they included time travel into the series

The idea of time travelling is amazing don't get me wrong. People could have conversations on it for days. It's the complexity that I'm concerned about. I mean the storyline for the series is already complicated enough. They already incorporated dreams within the series (I mean did you see Inception). I know what most kh fans would say " the story line isn't complicated, you're just a dumbass". Well the story line for the average gamer can be confusing at least. I'm just saying that when time travel comes to mind, there are many possibilities, loopholes, theories that can emerge that can create complications

All in all, many games have flaws and no game is perfect. Hey just because you love a game doesn't mean you have to be ignorant. You can argue that this is a Square Enix/Disney game and anything could happen and I won't blame you. I personally think they should of saved the Grid for III. Well these are my personal thoughts. If you want to comment what else is flawed about this game or what you liked the most about this game or just shizz talk me or talk about whatever KH3D, feel free. I personally think that this is 3rd best game they made so far 1st being KH and KH2 and 2nd being BBS and what I liked most of all were the dream eaters and flowmotion.

Time-travel isn't amazing people only use it when they run out of ideas

Eh, I would have to disagree with that. I write and I've used time travelling before as a late in the story plot device. But, just because I introduce it late doesn't mean I hadn't planned to introduce it right from the start. Sometimes writers want the viewer to be surprised or there isn't a good time beforehand to introduce it. Some writers may use it that way, but I wouldn't say that's the ONLY way its used.

Yeah, you could beat him on the Islands, it just wasn't canon according to the end of KH2.

Riku: "You know, I always figured I was better at stuff than you."

Sora: "I kinda always thought you were better at everything too."

And I think Sora is still 15. But yeah, Sora is supposed to be the main character so he needs more development that doesn't depend on his connections to other people. Problem is any character development that changes his personality, like for example cracking under the pressure of being the "key that connects everything" and folding under the weight of his destiny, would be completely out of character for him.

Yep. I'm going to wait for an epic moment where Sora does something that defines him, not just saving people but proving he's an individual and not someone subconsciously taking on the traits of others. His heroic sacrifice in KH1 comes to mind but even that may not be "indivdual" enough since Ven sorta did the same thing...

Well I hate the way time travel was brought in DDD ..I understand it perfectly but find it cheesy and lazy writing ..

loving how you claim to perfectly understand 'time travel'.... I am in awe! :P

I've said it before, and I'll say it again, if you look at KH:3D as an introduction to KHIII (as it is a direct sequel) then Sq. Enix have just evened the character development out so Riku is just as much a key character as Sora. I think they may have even over done that with the whole 'you weren't chosen by the key blade' deal. I liked it, but I hope it doesn't lead to removing Sora as a ) a playable character b ) a key role in the story (what with the connections to Roxas, Ventus, Namine and Xion)

I do understand the concept of Time Travel and the given rules presented in DDD . Whats your point ?

Oh, Flaming Lea, if I offended you, or if what I posted looked like I was taking a dig at you, I apologise as I didn't mean it that way. Just the way I read it was amusing was all I meant (removing the context). Sorry man, be cool! :)

Yes, yes (Despite me being more so a Sora fan than a Riku), and UGH, YES.

1. The worlds did feel really rushed for me, except for Traverse Town and Symphony of Sorcery (The former because I was too busy enjoying the music, and the latter because I LOVED experiencing The World Ends With You again. http://kh13.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/default/happy.png), and of course, The World That Never Was.

2. I wouldn't say Sora is "girly"... Just less badass in certain situations in comparison to Riku. But Sora has his badass moments too.

3. http://kh13.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/default/sleep.png And here is where all of Kingdom Hearts became a mindf***. It basically tested the whole existence and the whole point of Sora's journey. I'm gonna be one of the biggest KH fans that says this: "The story-line didn't get more confusing... It just got to be more along the lines of a ten year long plan no fan expected to happen."

Yeah, i found the worlds had little storyline, and weren't that big. if you only play the game straight through story, not getting anything extra, it certainly is a small game. They could have made bigger plots, that was for me their biggest mistake...

Riku was always badass. But since you got to play the game with them at the same time, you could notice more. Sora was more childish than in KH2 for some reason, he should have behaved the same, even though he looked younger because of Yen Sid's magic
