Well if you'd like to go, then I'd day go.

If you're okay with going just as friends and she's okay with that, then by all means. If you still have feelings for her and are hoping that you can maybe get together with her by going to prom with her, best to leave it alone and find someone else to go with. Either way, just make sure you respect her feelings.
