(This is a 1X1 RP between me and Stardustblade358, no one else may post here.)

~Background~

In our ordinary world, everything seems normal at first glance. But if you look beyond the world that you usually see, you will notice that our world is in a much worse condition than what you might think. Behind the scenes of everyday life, a war has been raging on for centuries between Demons from Underworld, ones who wish to conquer this world, and the Witches, the protectors of the magical world. The Witches are powerful women with the power over the many elements provided by nature, but… even though they have this power, they still fall in comparison to the overwhelming powers of the Demons. The only ray of hope that lies with the Witches is the prophecy of a child, a boy. This boy will become the great Wizard of legend who will smite the evil of the demons and end the long waged war, bringing a new era of true peace to the world using the power of the greatest magic, Omega. In preparation for the arrival of the chosen Wizard, a school for Witches was built in order for them to grow in strength, the 'Anti Demon Witch Academy'. Now, the Academy will have a new student, the wizard of prophecy.

Bio: Koyomi Valentine is a 16 year old boy with a completely average life and nothing particularly going for him. He thinks of himself lowly and avoids looking forward to the future no matter what. Koyomi does not like to believe in “fairy tale” stories that his older sister tells him, saying that it’s always a waste of his time, but Koyomi is going to find out that these fairy tales are the real deal and he'll have to deal with them whether he likes it or not.

Bio: Koyomi's older sister who is actually a Witch. Akane has kept all knowledge to do with Witches away from Koyomi, not believing that he would have anything to do with it. Even though, she persists to tell Koyomi "Fairy Tales" about witches and demons, but Koyomi often shrugs this off.

Kai blinked a few times in confusion as everyone started appearing. "Wait, you wanna go and buy... Dresses for a ball." Kai scratched her head a little and looked. "Well, I've got nothing better to do, so I guess I could go with you." Kai looked at the four girls who were squabbling as usual. (Hmmm, they're going shopping for dresses. They just said they want me to pick out a dress too, so that means...) Kai turned away and looked a little scared. (... I'm going to have to wear a dress to the ball! ... No wait, I can go as myself. Kori said that all the young men from the city will be coming. Well, I'm a young man from the city, so I guess I'm all good. Anyway, if the girls are going, this is a prime opportunity to find out what they're going to wear, it would be pretty interesting to find out.) Kai then smiled and turned back at the rest of the girls. "Yeah, I would love to go. Lets get going already!"

Kori smiled. "Alright. Lets get going!"Kori says. Rose walked over to Kai and hugged her arm. Tenebris creeped up and held her other arm. "We are going to make sure you don't escape."Tenebris simply said. Kori and Arsinoe pointed foward. "We know the best stores in town,lets get going!"The two said in union. They all walked out of the school perimeter and into the city towards the shopping district. Tenebris and Rose held Kai by the arms telling her about the different stories they heard about the ball. "My mother met my father at the ball. It was so romantic according to mom."Rose says. "Same here."Kori says. "So did my mother. The ball is known to help young witches find the perfect matches since we bearly have time to look for dates when we're studying and saving the city. So the ball gives us a chance at finding a nice young man!"Arsinoe says with a smile. She then turned and smiled. "There! We've found it."Arsinoe says. The all turned to see the dress street of the shopping district. "How wonderful! All of those dresses in the windows look just lovely!"Rose says. "We need extravegant dresses. Lets enter that one. The dresses there look perfect for the ball if you ask me."Kori says. They all then entered this dress store that held lots of puffy and formal dresses. All of the girls were amazed by the variety. "Oh there are so many."Tenebris muttered. "Lets all look for the dresses,then we can go shopping for the shoes!"Kori says. "And the masks,Le Mistu has the most beautiful masquarade masks~"Rose says as they all giggled and spread throughout the store.

Kai looked around as everyone spread out through the store. (What am I supposed to do here?!) Kai lowered her head with a sigh and simply walked around. The store was filled with only the most expensive dresses and Kai couldn't help but feel out of place. (This sucks, I figured I'd have at least some amount of fun, even if I am surrounded by girls who only drag me around shopping.) Kai looked around and found herself staring at a mirror. (I never really got a good look at myself before, so this is what I look like as a girl... I make a pretty cute girl.) Kai smiled slightly, but then she began to see something that's oils scare her for a long time to come. In the mirror, Kai's appearance melted away and showed Koyomi, except the reflection had a red right eye with a demonic pentagram embedded in it. (What the hell? What's going on?) Kai then suddenly held her hand over her left eye as it began to pulse with pain, almost as if something was scratching against it. "My eye... It's the same as before, when I first fought the demons, my left eye began to hurt and then I could see them." Kai looked up at the mirror again but only saw something even more terrible. The image of Koyomi was the same, but now there was a dark being with blood red eyes rising up behind him, wrapping its arms around him and putting it's mouth next to Koyomi's ear and that's when Kai heard it. "It won't be long now, I'll be dragging you back to the abyss from once you came... AND YOU WILL NOW TRUE TERROR!" Kai screamed slightly, falling back onto the floor, only to notice that everything was fine. (What... Is happening to me?) Kai then held her hand over her left eye. (What was that thing? I wonder... Was that a demon? It reminded me of the dream I had yesterday.) Kai then shook her head and stood back up, slightly trembling. "Oh man, I can't believe I fell over that clumsily, silly me." But there was no doubt that Kai was afraid, even if she did make excuses.

The girls were inside the dressing rooms. They could hear Kai from outside as she fell down. "Kai dear be careful,we don't want you to get hurt!"Arsinoe says. "Oh this dress is definately moi."Kori says. "I really like this one."Rose says. Tenebris remained quiet.

Just then the door to one of  the dressing rooms opened as Arsinoe walked out in this gorgeous black,red,purple dress. It was wonderully gorgeous. Arsinoe spun in her dress. "This is totally my dress to wear for the ball~ Wouldn't you agree Kai?"Arsinoe asks as she walked over to Kai and spun in her dress again. "I really like this one. I love it. What do you think Kai? Do you think..."Arsinoe says. She then blushed and got her hands to her cheeks. "Do you think,that if your bother sees me in this,he would think I'm pretty?~"Arsinoe asks. "Hey! You're not the only chick princess!"Kori says as she stepped out of her dressing room to show the beautiful blue,black and green gown. She took out a fan and looked over to Kai with sparkly eyes. "I'm sure someone would fall for me,if I wore this...~"Kori says with a sweet smile. "Oi,wait for me!" They turned to see Rose walk out in her gown. She smiled and laughed as she wore the cutest and most darling pink gown. She spun and gave a bow. "What do you think? How do I look?"Rose asks. "Oh Rose that dress looks so pretty on you."Kori says. Rose smiled and looked over to Kai. "What do you think,Kai?" "You girls aren't the only one." They all turned and saw Tenebris walk out in this gorgeous dark gown. This is one of the few times you'd see her girly. Tenebris innocently looked at Kai. "What do you think,roommate?"

Kai stared at all four of the girls as they were wearing their dresses. "Woah, you girls look... You girls look..." Kai began blushing and feeling nervous. "You all look amazing... I think you'll have guys dying at your feet..." Kai then scratched the back of her head while blushing. (That includes me too.) Kai looked around before turning back to the girls. "You know, you should keep those dresses a secret from any boys who might be watching, otherwise they'll get the jump on you while you're walking around town." Kai said in a spooky manner, trying to scare the girls, but only caused them to rush to the tills with excitement. "Well that didn't work. Oh well, at least they're not dressing me up in some rediculous outfit. I mean it's pretty cute for a girl to where, but for a g-... Oh wait, I am a girl."

Arsinoe smiled and noded. "Then its definate! I shall wear this to the Masquarade!"Arsinoe says as she spun. She then turned to the rest of the girls. "Come on ladies,lets buy these and get some heels and jewerly to match!~"Arsinoe says. The girls agreed and turned to the changers to change out of their dresses. After so they bought the dresses and all walked out as they carried huge bags with the dresses inside. "You know,Kai,you didn't buy any dress,did you not see one you liked? If you didn't had enough money I would of more than likely have bought it for ya sweety."Arsinoe says. "I don't see Kai as the sexy Masquarade type,lets go look for shoes. If any case I can lend her one of my dresses,it'll sure to fit her. By the way,Kai,since you're not carrying anything,carry my bag."Kori says as she had Kai carry her bag with the dress. "Carry mine too."Arsinoe insisted. "Mine too,my arms will get so tired!"Rose says as they had Kai carry all four bags with the dresses inside. Arsinoe waved her japanese fan at her face. "This is why I need a guy. So he can carry all my stuff and tell me I look beautiful in everything I wear."Arsinoe says. She then looked up and turned to Kai as they walked. "Hey Kai,speaking of guys,will your brother come to the Masquarade? I would love to meet him."Arsinoe says. "You have a brother Kai?"Rose asks. "I wanna meet this dude too. How's he like Kai?" Tenebris stared. "I never pictured Kai to have a brother."

Kai looked at the four and blushed a little bit. (They're really interested in the real me... Hmm, then I guess I can surprise them.) Kai smiled nervously and turned at Arsinoe. "I'm really not sure if he's coming to the ball, I haven't heard from him lately." Kai looked over at Rose and Kori. "Yeah, my brother doesn't really know about magic, so he feels kind of lonely most of the time..." Kai then began to zone out, thinking of what she saw back in the store. "... He's always surrounded by things that make him feel... Out of place." Kai suddenly looked back up. "Uhh, I mean, he's really nice. He can be a bit lazy at times. (That much I'll admit.) ... But when people he cares about are in trouble, he'll make sure to save them no matter what. He likes to give it his all when he needs to, and that's what really counts, right?"

They all looked at eachother and noded. "Right."Kori says. Arsinoe smiled and clapped her hands together. "He sounds dreamy."Arsinoe says. Eventually they got to a shoe store specialized in heels. As soon as they entered they spread around. They only took about a few minutes before they started to try shoes on one after another. "I like this one. I really do."Rose says as she showed off these adorable pink bow heels as she giggled. "Those will look darling on you. What do you think of these girls?"Arsinoe says as she showed off these stunning red heels. "Those are gorgeous~"Rose says. Just then Kori walked in spinning as she showed her golden heels that would match with the golden bow on her dress. "Tada!"Kori says. Arsinoe and Rose gave thumbs up. "Perfect Kori!"Rose says. "You have better fashion sense than I thought."Arsinoe says. Kori glared at Arsinoe. Rose thought a little. "We have the dress,the shoes,the make up back home."Rose says. He felt her neck a bit. "We'll still look a bit simple."Rose says. "You're right. We're missing the jewerly. But with our student budget I doubt we'll be able to afford even a pair of earings."Kori says. Arsinoe laughed and smirked. "You silly girls. When we finish here you will come to my dorm and you can borrow some of my jewerly."Arsinoe says. Rose clapped her hands together. "Really?"Rose asks. "Yes,of course!"Arsinoe says. Kori smiled. "Wow,thanks Arsinoe,you aren't such a prick as I thought."Kori says. They then laughed. Tenebris stood infront of the mirror looking at her black and purple heels. She smiled a bit and then held her head. "I smell the blood of a demon. Yet it is mixed with light. I want out. I want to see!!!" Tenebris rested her head against the mirror as she held her head. "Shut up..."

Kai watched Arsinoe, Rose and Kori laugh with each other as they all seemed hyped for the ball. (You know, this might actually be some fun. I guess I don't know these girls that well yet, but things look like they're only going to get better from here on out.) Kai looked over and noticed Tenebris putting her head up against the mirror, she tilted her head curiously and approached her. "Ummm Tenebris? Are you feeling okay?" Kai put her hand on Tenebris' shoulder, but after feeling a shock, she pulled her hand away carefully. (What the...? What was... That feeling?) Kai looked down and saw as her hand kept shaking, her left eye also began to sting. (I'm shaking... Why? And my eye, it reacted to Tenebris as soon as I touched her.) Kai put her hand in front of her left eye in thought. (This eye of mine... It's always reacted to Demon activity, but just the thought of Tenebris being a demon is ludicrous! It's impossible! ... Maybe it's because she's a Necromancer, people who command the dead must have some closer connection to the demons than what the witches do.) Kai then looked up and lowered her arm, which was still shaking. "You feeling okay Tenebris? I guess you're not use to the city, huh?"

Tenebris turned to Kai,she seemed paler than usual. "I don't really like crowded places,the city itself I don't really fit in. Guess just I'm getting to used to staying in my dorm and practecing my spells."Tenebris says as she could feel cold sweat starting to pour from her forehead. She took off the heels and got her normal shoes back on. "Er,I'm going to buy these and step outside for a moment Kai,I need to take some fresh air."Tenebris says. She stood up and bought the shoes before stepping outside of the store. Inside she could hear the insane laughter that has been haunting her ever since her mother had been killed infront of her. She didn't liked what was inside,and she did her best through the years to keep it in. But she was afraid to loose it one day and just boom. "Something is off with that girl,attack her,attack. Make her reveal herself. HEHEHEHEHEHEHEHE." Tenebris bit her lip. Arsinoe and the other bought their shoes and turned to the windows to see Tenebris outside. "That's strange."Arsinoe says. "She must be feeling sick. Maybe it's better if we return back to the Academy."Rose says. "Whatever."Arsinoe says. Kori turned to Kai. "Any idea what's going on with her Kai?"Kori asks.

Kai stared as Tenebris walked outside and then turned to Kori. "Well, I'm not exactly sure. She said that she needed some fresh air, but I can't help but think that something else is wrong. It's almost as if she's struggling with something." Kai then held her right arm, which hadn't stopped shaking since she touched Tenebris on the shoulder. (Damn right something is wrong, I wouldn't be getting this kind of feeling otherwise.) Kai gripped her arm tighter so that her arm would stop shaking. Kai walked over to Arsinoe with a smile, still holding. "I wanted to ask you Arsinoe, have you had many boyfriends in the past?" Kai turned her and scratched her cheeck to hide her blush. "I mean, someone as pretty as you must have had men dying at your feet, right?" Kai looked over at Rose and Kori. "The question goes to you two as well, have you had many boyfriends in the past?"

Arsinoe waved her fan infront of her face. "Yes,I've had a few guys ask me out and I've gone on a few dates but..."Arsinoe says. She sighed. "All of them had tried to go against my mother and none of them passed her test. As soon as the day with my family was over they didn't wanted to be involved with me anymore scared that they had to face my mother again. My mother is so strict it will take an extrordinary man to win her over to have her convinced that he's the one for me."Arsinoe says. She turned to Kai. "Your brother sounds like just a delightful man. I truely hope,that he might be the one that mother will finally accept,if he manages to make me fall for him first of course."Arsinoe says. Rose payed for her pair of shoes and thought. "I've always been single. I've never been one to look or search for boys. I preffer for them to look for me when the time is right."Rose says as she got the shoes in the bag. Kori then walked up and payed for her pair. She then made a fist. "I've only had a very few,and none of them have been able to manage me. Whoever I end up with has to be able to deal with my streanght and be able to pair up with me in battle,just like father is able to handle my mother no matter how much she tries to beat him up. Last guy I dated I punched his teeth in."Kori says as she took the bag with her pair of shoes.

Tenebris seemed to be out of breath,even though she haden't really wasted much energy. "I've,never felt so wasted and out of energy."Tenebris muttered panting a bit. She could hear a twisted giggle. "What a pitiful girl,with a pitiful life and a pitiful personality. The beauty of darkness,that scared boys and girls away from the park. The girl who mothers from the city would insist to stay away from. Hehehehe~" Tenebris gripped her hand in the shape of a fist as she could feel the cold sweat fall down her forehead. "Shut up.."Tenebris muttered as she looked up at the store's window. That's when she saw a twisted girl in the reflection. It was her but at the same time not her. The red eyes replacing her blues. The sharp fangs and the twisted smirk. Tenebris' eyes got filled with desperation and anger. "GET AWAY FROM ME!!!"Tenebris yelled as she rose her hand and instantly punched the window. The window shattered into pieces loudly as the girls covered their faces to avoid getting hit by any glass shards. Tenebris just stood there panting,blood puring from both her hands as she had shards stabbed into her fists along with cuts. Some on her face. Arsinoe looked up with a pissed off look. "What the firetruck is wrong with her?!" Tenebris just stared into space where the reflection once was.

 

"Hehehehe~"

Kai gulped after hearing about Kori's past boyfriends. "Wow, I sure wouldn't wanna be one of those guys." Kai scratched her face nervously before looking at the three. (So, Arsinoe's looking for someone who can impress mother, Rose is simply waiting for someone to approach her and Kori needs a guy who can back her up when needed. Well, I'm screwed, I'm not the best talker when it comes to people who are older than me, I'm too shy of a person to simply approach Rose while I'm a guy and I'm so weak that Kori could basically walk all over me. I guess that time in gym class must have been some sort fluke.) Kai then crossed her arms. (Odds are that they'll ask me the boyfriend question now, so what am I supposed to say? Rose already knows I like girls because I told her in class today, but no one here knows that I'm actually a guy. Man, maybe I should just let it play out and hopefully everything will sort itself out.) Kai thought to herself, remaining calm and in thought.

Tenebris shook her head as it seemed that Kai didn't noticed that she had punched the window broken. "Sorry..."Tenebris says. It was a good thing though,she really didn't wanted to freak out Kai more than she had already done for the day. Tenebris rose her bloody hand and muttered a time reverse spell and had the window fixed up as before she had broken it. The same couldn't be said for her hand that was bleeding and had one of her fingers bearly hanging. Arsinoe turned to Kai who seemed alright. "You're alright,glass didn't get you Kai."Arsinoe says smiling. Kori turned to the window where she saw Tenebris outside. "What the hell is wrong with her? I've never seen her this ballistic."Kori says. Tenebris shook her head. She grabbed her stuff and backed away as she ran off. Rose ran outside. "Tenebris,wait!"Rose says,but she had already ran back to the Academy rapidly,leaving little drips of blood on the floor as a trail. Rose stared and lowered her hand. "Tenebris. Oh dear,I hope she knows any healing spells."Rose says. She walked back inside and turned to the girls. "Girls,I think we should return to the Academy. Its starting to get dark."Rose says. "Sounds good. We can go to my room and pick out the jewerly."Arsinoe says. "What about Ten?"Kori asks. "She should be fine. She's probably afraid of the dark or whatever. I just hope she isn't loosing her mind. I do not want to be involved with any crazy of her."Arsinoe says as she fixed her hair a bit. Rose looked up. "Tommorow's Mother-And-Daughter Day. Plus we need to get back before curfew."Rose says. Kori nods. "Very well."Kori says as the four walked towards the Academy.

Kai followed behind the others, thinking to herself. (It's getting dark and I'm starting to get that eerie feeling again.) Kai stopped walking as she began feeling pain in her left eye. "Hey, uhhh, you guys should go on ahead without me, I, uhhh, just remembered that I have something to do here." The others looked at her for a few seconds before shrugging and heading back towards the academy, Kai then ran back into town in pursuit of the eerie feeling in the air. (It's getting stronger...) Kai reached over her shoulder at where her sword was, and was ready to draw it. "Alright, I know you're here Demon, come out." Kai began feeling nervous as the streets seemed abandoned, but a quite chuckle was starting to echo all around her. "Who's there?" Kai looked around, but all that could be seen down the streets were shadows. "What do we have hear? A witch? Alone? How unfortunate can you get?" Kai spun around to see a pair of glowing red eyes in the shadows of the street. "And I believe that you are no ordinary witch, right?" Footsteps could be heard everywhere in the surrounding area. "Little witches aren't aloud out of school at night, the reason is they'll get themselves killed." Kai took her sword out of the bag, but didn't unsheath it. "Ahhh, the Kurikara, so strange that such a weapon were to fall into the hands of a girl." A tall man with long black hair stepped out of the shadows wearing a completely black suit. "Who are you?! You're obviously a Demon, I can see it." "You can see my Demonic presence, can you? How very peculiar, this fascinates me. Tell me girl, what is your name?" Kai smirked and drew her sword, shooting blue flames out into all directions. "First of all, I'm not a girl, and secondly, my name is Koyomi!" "Ahh, I see. Koyomi, the Wizard of rophecy, this does make things more interesting. I am a Demon General, and my name is Astaroth. I will see to it that Lord Satan will never have any threat, no matter how insignificant they may be." Koyomi flicked his sword around before pointing it at Astaroth. "Bring it!"

Arsinoe opened her room and turned on the lights. "Welcome to my dorm ladies."Arsinoe says. Kori's and Rose's jaws dropped. The room was drop dead gorgeous,it looked straight from the fairy tail. "This is amazing!"Rose says. "I've been in this school since I was 10 and my room is still a standard issue."Kori says. Arsinoe setted down her shopping bags. "Mother insisted that if I was going to stay here I should had the comforts of home. So she had the guys re-decorate the room plus have it all for myself."Arsinoe says. Kori's eyes twitched as she closed the door behind her. Arsinoe walked around. "Not that I would mind Kai as a roommate though. She's so cute and tiny and lovely."Arsinoe says as she satted down and waved at the girls. "Get over here."Arsinoe says. The two walked over to her as she opened a purple chest,showing all of the jewerly that belonged to her. Rose and Kori stared stunned. "You can borrow whatever you like. Just know I'll be wearing the ruby jewerly."Arsinoe says as she stood up and walked away to choose what pijamas to sleep in tonight. Rose picked up this beautiful pink diamond necklace that made her eyes sparkle. "Oh this is gorgeous!"Rose says. Kori picked up a silver and aquamarine one. "Not bad."Kori says. Arsinoe stared at the Pijamas and seemed a bit distracted. "I wonder if we should of stayed with Kai,maybe she needs help with whatever she needs to do." Kori waved her hand. "She should be fine."

 

~Meanwhile~

 

Tenebris was locked in her room. She was sitting down infront of the mirror,her hair covering most of her face as she sat down in a black shirt and pants pijama. Her blue eyes stuck out of the dimness of the room that was now only lighted with candles that she had lighted up. "Why do you hide from me?" Tenebris looked down. "DON'T LOOK AWAY TENEBRIS~" Tenebris looked up as she stared at her own reflection. She heard a lunatic giggle. "Such a lovely hair,the same as your mother." Tenebris' eyes narrowed. "Shut up." The giggleling continued. "What poor little child cursed to be alone for eternity. No one would ever love a child so cursed and twisted as yourself...as us...~" The laughter grew louder. Tenebris held her head and rested her head down on the ground. "Please stop..." The laughter grew louder and louder as in the mirror,the reflection of her inner demon,the twisted version of her,appeared on it,laughing maniaically.

Koyomi stared at Astaroth who did nothing but laugh. "If you insist that I should "bring it", then so be it." Astaroth rose one of his arms and dashed straight for Koyomi. Koyomi's eyes widened as he barely managed to dodge, Astaroth's hand which cut his face as he stood before him. "You're weak. For a boy of prophecy, I thought you might put up more of a fight." Koyomi jumped away and ran at Astaroth with his, attempting to land at least one hit. "You'll have to try harder than that young man, otherwise you'll never reach me." Astaroth's hand became straight again as he seemed to vanish. "What the...?" Astaroth then reappeared behind Koyomi, facing the opposite direction. "Slice." Koyomi froze as his chest suddenly spewed blood as if he had been cut by a sword, leaving him to fall to the floor. "You were quite foolish in coming here on your own without someone who is experienced with dealing with high ranking demons like myself." Astaroth looked over his shoulder to see Koyomi bleeding out on the floor. "What a pity." Astaroth began to walk away, putting his hands in his pockets. "It wasn't even any fun, I blinked and it was over." "It's not over yet!" Astaroth stopped and looked back to see Koyomi struggling to his feet. "Well look at this, the boy does have a backbone." Koyomi's hair dangled in front of his eyes as shirt dripped with blood, leaving Astaroth with sense of confusion in his mind. "Hmmm, explain to me boy, how did you stop the bleeding from the wound I give you not one minute ago?" Koyomi didn't answer, but instead began walking forwards clutching his sword, larger blue flames that could be seen for miles now erupting from it. "Are you even concious boy?" Koyomi lifted his head and looked directly at Astaroth, who now had a smile on his face. "Interesting." Koyomi's left eye was the only one visible through his hair and glowed bright red with a satanic pentagram as his pupil, like the one that had appeared in the mirror of the shop. "Astaroth..." Astaroth began to chuckle as his hand straightened again. "Alright then boy, lets go for round two."

Rose and Kori walked out of Arsinoe's room and waved goodbye for the night before retreating to their own rooms. Tommorow was a special and long day ahead so it was wise for them to hurry over and turn in for the night. Tenebris was having trouble in her dorm however. The taunting laughter continued in her head. Her body just begging to slam her head against the door just to make it stop. "Why won't it stop,why won't it stop,why can't I make it stop? This is unhuman. Please make it stop,make it stop..."Tenebris muttered as she was shaking and sweating under her covers,muttering and whispering as the taunting laughter was making her mad by this point. Just then the door opened to show a familiar red eye,white hair teacher. He walked over to Tenebris and knelt down besides her bed. He got his hand on her forehead and felt her sweat. He took out what looked like a black cross and setted it on her pillow,this seemed to calm Tenebris down. "I have no magic to help,but at the very least I can count on something..."Mr.Akuma muttered before doing a small prayer and walking out,closing the door behind him. "(Ever since that day she has been a complete mess,more latetly than ever,could it be the boy's unique energy interacting with whatever's going on with her?)" He walked away and looked up to the sky as he walked doen the hallway,making his rounds making sure there were no girls snooping around or causing trouble. "(Tommorow would be...6 years? I have lost count.)"

Astaroth smirked, his body becoming a blur as he dashed towards Koyomi. Koyomi began to run at Astaroth with his sword to one side, swinging at where Astaroth was, but the didn't land as there was nothing there anymore. "Just because you're back on your feet, doesn't mean that you can touch me." Koyomi's body suddenly shuddered, he looked down to see a hand reaching out of his stomach. "Face it boy, you're as good as dead." Koyomi mouth began to drip with blood before he grabbed Astaroth's hand. "You can still move?" Koyomi let out a single breath before using his sword to cut off Astaroth's hand, Astaroth jumped back in pain. "You bastard, you're lucky that I can recover from this." Koyomi turned at Astaroth, throwing his amputated arm to the floor. "Touched you..." Koyomi stared at Astaroth with his devil like eye and began to walk forward, Astaroth smirked as the two halves of his arm shot out black thread, sewing them back together. "As if you can possibly move with a wound like that. Us Demons can regenerate out bodies if it's not too serious, but you Witches, you pathetic humans can't do anything!" Astaroth then looked in shock as Koyomi's wounds were gone. "How? It's impossible, you're just a human!" Koyomi's left eye then grew an even darker shade of red as the satanic pentagram began to spin. "Death..." Koyomi swung his sword into the air and a beam of pure blue flames shot into the air, like the time when he first released the sword, illuminating the whole sky. Astaroth could only stare at Koyomi's let eye, the look of a demon is all that could be seen. "I see... I finally see! You lowly peace of filth! You're a Nephelim, aren't you?!" Koyomi suddenly stopped as his jaw dropped slightly. "Nephelim...?" Koyomi's eye then pulsed, causing him great pain and for him to scream out in pain, the blue flame that lit up the sky had now become a crimson red. Koyomi's body began to feel the wounds that he had felt earlier, strangely resurfacing all at once. "Looks like the boy's luck finally ran out, I'll take this opportunity to get out of here and report to Lord Satan about the pressence of a Nephelim in the human world." Astaroth's hand became straight again as he swiped the air, slicing open a rift in the air. "We'll meet again, Koyomi." Astaroth then left through the rift as it closed in on itself. Koyomi had fallen to the ground from the stress of his wounds, but nothing hurt worse than his left eye. (What happened to me... The last thing I remember was being cut open... and then... that eye appeared in my head... I come back and... I'm being called a Nephelim... What's a Nephelim?) Koyomi put his hand on his stomach to feel the hole that had reappeared from Astaroth's hand. (Crap, this is... bad...) Koyomi's vision began to blur, as he noticed a black bat land  on his shoulder. "Go to sleep Koyomi, you'll be fine. Ms Strega is already on her way.. Just get some rest, you miserable cockroach." Koyomi's eyes began to flicker before they closed, leaving him in a bloody mess. "They used the word Nephelim... That can only mean trouble... for all of us."

Ms.Strega walked around the grounds when she noticed something extremely unusual. Blue and red flames burning and clashing in the sky. "The hell?"Ms.Strega asks. She then rose her weapon and spun the chain part of it. A green portal appeared and a from with bug wings came out from it. It croacked as the portal dissapeared. Ms.Strega jumped on the frog and looked upwards. "You see where those lights were? Go towards that direction!"Ms.Strega says. Without hestation,the frog rose its wings and started to fly into the air,carrying Ms.Strega around the area. Ms.Strega looked down and around,not seeing anything unusual,that's when she read to the end part of the town where the forest usually starts. She saw Koyomi,laying on the ground. "Oh no! Get me down!"Ms.Strega says. The frog flew down and landed next to Koyomi. Ms.Strega jumped down and hurried over to him. He was badly injured and bearly even conceounce. "Oh no! Koyomi,Koyomi you son of a b*tch wake up!"Ms.Strega says as she shook him. She then picked him up and flung him over the frog. She jumped on it. "Hurry back to the academy,ASAP!"Ms.Strega says. With that the frog croaked and flew off towards the academy. Within 10 minutes Ms.Strega had Koyomi hurried over to the nurse's office where Ms.Kuromi and other teachers from the healing department worked on stabilizing Koyomi's condition. Then Mr.Akuma walked in. "What's going on?!"Mr.Akuma asks. "Koyomi has been attacked,he is severly injured!"Ms.Strega says. Mr.Akuma whispered. "Damn...(First Tenebris flipping out now Koyomi attacked...)" Ms.Strega turned to him strictly. "Take the Cryptids from the stable and let them out to search the area! I do not want to risk of whoever did this to him to hurt any of the girls or staff in the academy!"Ms.Strega says. Mr.Akuma saluted before hurrying over to the stable. In the academy,the safety of everyone in it,came first. He walked over to the cryptids stable,which stood right behind the school,not far from the arena. He walked inside and looked around. "Lets see lets see. Dover Demons for ground re-search."Mr.Akuma says as he found the Dover Demon cages. He whistled and opened the cage. 5 of them came out. "You guys,spread around,report back if there is anything unsual. Something or someone attack a student. Leave no doubts to be."Mr.Akuma says as he then released a few Piasa Birds. "You guys take the air,nothing left to chance. GO."Mr.Akuma says as the cryptids ran off and flew into the air,making rounds,searching for anything dangerous.

Koyomi lay unconciouss as he was being operated on and the black bat from earlier flew around and landed on Ms. Strega's shoulder. "You know, he's very lucky to be alive, but it's too late to send out the Cryptids." The bat left Ms. Strega's head and hovered before a puff of smoke surrounded it. "Our little hero here ran into Demon General Astaroth, I'm sure you know how severe the circumstances are with that in mind. But, that's not even the half of it..." The smoke cleared and Rei could be seen with her arms on hips. "According to Astaroth, Koyomi is a Nephelim." Ms. Strega stared at Rei in confusion. "I don't blame you for not knowing about this, this hasn't happened since ancient times." Rei sat down in a chair. "A Nephelim is the offspring of a Demon and a Witch and Koyomi is one of them." Ms. Strega as just the thought seemed impossible. "I know what you're thinking, literally. Anyway, this is rare, for this has only happened once in the past. About three thousand years ago, a Nephelim child was born. The war between witches and demons had only recently begun, but this child put the whole war on hold. The Nephelim held that much of a threat that both Witches and Demons hunted the Nephelim down until he was dead. No matter how much they tried, nothing could defeat the Nephelim until Satan himself, abandoned his throne to deal with the threat in person. You see, if Koyomi is a Nephelim and on our side, then that prove as a great advantage for us. With him, we might be able to win this war, once and for all."

Ms.Strega stared. "N...Nephelim..."Ms.Strega muttered. Sudden anger came into her eyes. "You are saying,the hero that we must train,is the offspring of a regid demon?!"Ms.Strega asks. Ms.Korumi looked up. "Ms.Strega!" "What kind of twisted reality has this world come to?! A demon and witch?! What kind of thing are we facing off next,a Cambion?!"Ms.Strega asks,obviously extremely angered. For a second the thought of expelling Koyomi to be on his own crossed her mind. Ms.Akuma walked in,hearing the comotion. "I've sent the Cryptids,and it would make sense of what Tenebris is experiencing."Mr.Akuma says. Ms.Korumi looked up. "What's wrong with Tenebris?"Ms.Korumi asks. "I heard her screaming to herself in her room. When I checked up on her she was muttering curses and was not feeling as well. I left a cross with her to calm her down,hoping that maybe it would help. I am thinking maybe Ten's necromancy is detecting Koyomi's demon blood. Maybe causing a reaction in her of making her sick from time to time. It has been years since I last saw her like this however."Ms.Akuma says. "It would make sense. She's and he are roommates after all. But that isn't going to make me avoid the fact that I am allowing the offspring of heaven knows who get close to my girls. If the higher ups of the Wizardly Council find out the rumor will spread like wildfire. Being the chosen one is one thing,being the offspring of a demon is another."Ms.Strega says. "Ms.Strega with all do respect,you must remember that it is not only a demon,it is a witch as well. He was raised to side more with good than bad. I've seen him around,being around these girls and teachers does him good,not only making him stronger,but making him wiser and more attent of what exactly is his duty when the time comes. By the time he reaches his destiny,he will be so attatched to his friends,he will have to win in order to keep them safe. Otherwise you're just asking for him to make a deal with the devil."Mr.Akuma says. Ms.Strega's eyes were glowing of how pissed off she was about the matter. She breathed and calmed down. "...fine. He stays and  he is treated,and everything goes as planned. The fact of him being a Nephelim stays within all of us in this room,and no one else. If anyone is to find out about this,bring him or her to me immidietly. Even if its a student. We cannot risk this kind of word spread beyond the school perimeters unless we want to end up with a full on comflict against the parents,and the city itself."Ms.Strega says. "Yes milady."Ms.Korumi says as she lowered her head. Ms.Strega walked to the door and turned to them,she turned to Rai. "You are to be in charge of watching over his status. If he is to get out of control or pose a treath to the students,he is to deal with me."Ms.Strega says as she slammed the door. Ms.Akuma whistled. "She's pissed." "Should we tell his sister?" "Yes. When we have the chance. Other than that,we stay quiet and tell no one. Koyomi needs rest and all of the support he can get. We can explain more to him when he feels better." Ms.Korumi noded. "What about Ten? You said she felt sick?" "Don't worry about so. She's been like that ever since the death of her mother." That's when they noticed the clock striking on midnight. Mr.Akuma closed his eyes.

Rei sighed as Ms. Strega left. "As if I have a choice, he's still the one who summoned me whether I like it or not." Rei stretched her arms and slouched into the chair, putting one leg over the other. "So, the real question is, should we tell Koyomi the truth? Without knowing what he is, he'll probably live more peacefully. But, without knowing something like that, he will be dangerous to himself, the witches and even the demons." Rei closed her eyes in thought, planning what to do with Koyomi. "For now, we'll keep the information from him, have him believe that Nephelim is a high ranking witch of sorts." Rei got up from the chair and stared at Koyomi. "Still, it's impressive that I he even managed to put up a decent fight against Astaroth. Honestly, without his temporary activation of demon blood, he most likely would have died." Rei noticed Koyomi beginning to wake up. "Ahhh, hey there sleeping beauty." Koyomi opined his eyes and looked around. "Where... am I?" "You're back at the academy." Koyomi looked back towards Rei. "What happened to me?" "You ran into Astaroth and he beat you up pretty hard. Next time you get a bad feeling, run the other way." Koyomi's head laid back in the pillow. "... Sorry."

Ms.Korumi looked down at him. "You're being stablelized at the moment. So please do be careful next time."Ms.Korumi says as she looked down at Koyomi's bandages. "You will rest until you feel better. It is not life treathnening injuries and I did use my special tonic on your wounds so you should be healed to go back to classes tommorow. However if you do,you will have to be careful to not strain yourself and maybe carry some crotches if it gets difficult for you to walk."Ms.Korumi says. Mr.Akuma yawned and walked up next to Koyomi. "The kid's pretty tough. You did amazing back there,being able to defend yourself like that from such a guy. Pretty hardcore. Good job."Mr,Akuma says,being positive as he yawned once more. "It's midnight by now ya know. I'm going back to bed. Wake me up when the cryptids return,I need my rest. By morning we're gonna have moms visiting our classes and last year I got hit on by single moms in every firetrucking period..."Ms.Akuma says as she walked away to his room. Ms.Korumi chuckled and turned to Koyomi as she then offered him water and some chocolate. "These will come in handy to gain your streanght. For now rest,I'll come back to check on you in the morning. I'm sure Rei has alot to explain to you."Ms.Korumi says as she bowed and walked away,closing the door behind her.

Koyomi stared at the chocolate and milk he was given before starting to eat. "Never knew that chocolate was good for your health, well, my magical health anyway." Koyomi suddenly realised. "Wait a minute... Only Ms. Strega knows about my identity and I thought it was going to stay that way. I guess the other teachers know about me now." "Yeah, it would benefit all teachers if they knew what they were dealing with." "I see." Koyomi continued to eat the chocolate until there was none left. "I should probably meet back up with Arsinoe and the others, they're probably wondering where I am... I mean, where Kai is." Koyomi held his stomach in a bit of pain, feeling that his wounds hadn't quite closed yet. "Rei, can you bandage me up please?" Rei twitched her eyes and threw a roll of bandages at Koyomi's face. "Do it yourself you lazy cockroach, I'm leaving." Rei suddenly vanished into a black mist. "Man, she could help me out... at least once." Koyomi then took the bandages and wrapped his waist up. "That feels a little better." Koyomi got out of the bed and stood up slowly, wincing a little at the pain. "Right, now to transform into a girl and head on over to Arsinoe's room, I'm sure that's where they said they'd be." Koyomi then uttered the magical words and became Kai again... not before blowing up, as usual. "Owww... I really need to find a way to stop that from happening." Kai then walked out of her room and made her way to Midnight-Stroll 231, knocking on the door and waiting for an answer. (I hope it's not too late for me to stop by.)
