When you straighten your hair with a straightener, and you burn your poor ears? TT.TT

*rubs ears*

I'm afraid to put ice on the burns, because that usually makes it worse. "o.o

Aw well. You may discuss if you'd like, though I'm off to bed now.

?goes to bed at 9pm; my goodness, what a pansy!?

haha, super amen there. i straighten my hair sometimes and it always seems that my hand goes into a weird angle and BAM my burned my ear. then it gets all red and it burns like hell.

it's worth it anyway.

i burn my hand sometimes. i literally drop it. or burn my forehead. my bangs need to be straight too.

all in all, i know exactly what you mean. it's still worth it.

Ah, why must fashion and beauty be so painful? T.T

?still not going to bed x.x?

exactly xD same with shaving and whatnot xDD guys have no idea what girls really do to look half decent :/

That has never happened to me before o_o

and I have chest lenght hair ... how do you say that!? xD

Ohh that hurts. ;A;

I did that the first time I tried to use one myself.

No, I don't.

But I do hate it when little children use annoying font effects which make it hard to decipher their posts.

Something like "hair that reaches my boobs" should suffice.

I don't think I have any o_o

no just kidding! xD

but that just sounds disturbing! xD

Copy and paste if you're that concerned.And this annoying little child happens to be sixteen years of age, honey.

then the proper expression for you would be "pubertal", but you'll get over this once you're somewhat about 19 or 20 years old, promise :O

You know, by calling me "pubertal" ( which in that case, "adolescent," "minor," "juvenile," and "teenager" are other words that come to mind ) seems like a fancy way of insulting if one were take it out of context, as "pubertal" refers to "puberty," which basically means we're still growing up and are underdeveloped. But at the same time, females mature more quickly than males, as I'm sure you would already know.

That said, according to the rules of this forum, it seems we must stay on topic, so I will not discuss this here anymore. Additionally, the rules say nothing about using font effects, so if I choose to use exceptionally small, light blue font, clearly I will. And if you noticed, I have stopped using xx-small font and now use x-small. That's as high as I'm going to go, and yes, I will be difficult about it.

Now moving back on the topic of burning yourself with a hair straightener, I burned my foot this morning due to my early morning clumsiness. "o.o

Yeah, Ven is right tho Disoriented. It really hurts my eyes lol. Can you please increase it one more?

Ive never burnt myself. Yes im a guy. Yes i do straighten my hair sometimes. It looks good. Deal with it.

I choose to be difficult with my font size. If I keep raising it every time someone complains, then it'll just be the same size as everyone else's font. Is there no individuality here? T.T

I have plenty of male friends who steal my straightener and straighten their hair. o.o I don't see how that's such a "weird" matter, as some people see it. o.o

Copy and paste if you're that concerned.

I'm actually okay with the font. 83 -It's pretty and blueeeee <3 But eh. I can read it fine, and it's not hurting my eyes. -- maybe a darker color? -- xD But I like it when there's different colored fonts, I'm just extremely lazy to remember to make mine colored.

But yeah. Once my older sister was just dieing to use the straightener for my hair when I was getting ready for my first high school dance, and she accidentally got too close to my ear a few times in all the excitement. > A<;

Lol, sometimes I forget to put my signature font up and I have to quickly go back and edit it. "^-^

The first and last time my sister straightened my hair was when we first got a straightener, and at the time we got it, straighteners were simply two irons put together. (~*hugs ceramic straightener*~)

Oh, everything that could be burned was burned...and my hair got damaged, so I had to cut it awfully short. 8/

I straighten my bangs everyday and I've actually never burnt myself O.o not even when I straighten all of my hair

i let my sister straighten my hair once and never let her. the fact that she sometimes enjoys my pain made me realize what to do and what not to do around her.

i straightened my guy's friend once and it looked extremely weird rofl. i guess i was so use to seeing him with pretty curly locks that he looked way different than what he usually did.

oh. so i'm not the only one that tends to drop the straightener on the floor? i don't know why it happens. my hand turns at an angle and then BAM it hits either the floor or my most of the times bare foot. trying to explain to my mom that i burned my foot with my straightener isn't exactly smart.

on the other hand, my straightener's light blue <3 i can choose to increase or decrease the heat. those 150$ were so worth it. (';

I love my ceramic straightener! ? It doesn't damage my hair as easily, it leaves a nice shine afterwards, I can adjust the heat, and I can curl my hair with it. ????

It's like falling in love for my hair.

I cant read the font cause I'm blind, but if I get my glasses its fine. Just keep it haha.

But yeah, I hate it when hairdressers burn my ears --; So stupid,

mine is titanium and i really love how it leaves it afterward : D it actually leaves it softer and shinier than my natural hair which catches me off guard xD mine can curl hair too but i've tried doing it before and it ends up looking wavy only D; when i curl my hair, i just do it with my curler :B

i know right <3? i feel like a rich, bratty girl when i stare at my hair in the mirror sometimes xD i just really like how it looks when i straighten it (:
