First of all, play this while you read for dramatic effect.

 

So I haven't seen the girl I talked about in my 'about me' page since summer, which doesn't seem like that long, but it feels like forever. Now I met this one girl who looks like, and reminds me of that girl. So now, Im starting to have a tiny crush on her, a little bit... I know and feel this is WRONG! But I dont know what to do, these feelings wont just go away! I feel like (and im so glad I have people I can make this reference to) Sora and Roxas when Namine was messing with their memories. The memories of the girl from yellowtree are still their, but everytime I think about her I see the new girls face instead of hers...

 

This is half "I need to vent" and half "Tell me what to do."   So...

I don't really think it's wrong to have a crush on this girl.  It's not like you're going out with her or anything.  If you wait it out, it might just go away.

It's okay for you to have a crush on this girl. You aren't committed to the other girl at all. If you really want to hope for something more with the other girl perhaps you could try talking to her on the phone or on the internet? If you only get to spend time with her just a few weeks or months in the year and you aren't getting together or just talking outside the time you see her then either you, her, or both of you could change. 

 

But if you can't reach her for whatever reason I don't see any problem with having a crush on somebody else that you can actually see often enough to build a relationship. You really shouldn't be limiting yourself to somebody you rarely see or talk to. It could only disappoint you later when it turns out she doesn't like you more than a friend anymore or found somebody else.
