[Gexln 18]

Gexln's eyes widened in shock as the water came rushing towards him. He held the blade of Darkness' Sorrow directly in front of him, blocking most of the water and parting it to the sides. The blade struggled under the pressure, but he held it strong. Small bits of water flicked into Gexln's face, stinging it, but he avoided the majority. "Well nice to know we're not taking it easy" he said to himself, hoping he hadn't parted the water straight into Vergil. His mind began working furiously, trying to figure out a way to turn this around. He took a single step forward, parting the water even further and advancing slowly towards Joshua.

~Joshua~There. That was their flaw. Gexin didn't care for the well-being of Virgil. In which case, Virgil is going to have to go down first. Gexin has to be pre-occupied of course, he's still a threat. I flicked the water so they turned behind Gexin, ready to stream him towards me. As he may have prepared I quickly flicked the stream again, moving it under Gexin and blasting him slightly upwards with a waterfall-like pressure, except going up and not down. A water...ascension, or something like that. Just not a fall. Whatever. I then covered him entirely in a burning and stinging water, mimicking the water as to his movements to keep him constantly covered in water. The area dotted with even more water, and I streamed it all together, this time towards Virgil, blasting him with boiling water from all directions-- randomly.

Gexln was swept up into the air and seemed to be held there, just slowly drowning in the water. He had to think fast. With a swift movement, he spun his body and did one of the few things he was still very much able to do, he created a dark corridor. After making the dark corridor, he quickly swam through it, and fell out onto the ground, right beside Joshua. His eyes gleamed, and he grinned savagely, swinging Darkness' Sorrow forward and attempting to cut Joshua right through the middle.(gonna give vergil a chance to respond now)

"Watch it Joshua." Yuka said grimly, running towards Gexln.

"You're mine now, little boy." she smirked, kicking him pretty far back, she ran over to him, starting to kick him around.

"No wonder you lost the first time. I had reasons. You look like my father you f******* loser." Yuka snapped, drawing her daggers back, she threw them at full speed and good acuracy towards Gexln.

(Damn. Who was Vergil anyways? If they don't come and respond soon can I toss in a second character as well?)

I turned to Yuka after what she had said rather than actually watching out, but it turned out she actually came to Gexin, attacking him. I watched for several seconds as Yuka became a yandere and attacked. I glared at her, surprised, then turning over to Virgil, pummeling him with water once more. "Sure, but you'll have to be carefuyl too, okay Yuka?" I asked her rhetorically and blasted Gexin behind with a force of water, pushing him even faster towards Yuka's daggers of accurate death.

(Well if he doesn't come on I want to bring in Rixku/shot/to balance it out with a calmer and more reasonable personality. That and I'd think screwing with Gexln would even more interesting with another Nobody who he knows nothing about till she mentions her real name.)

(Well you could make another one and well maybe we won't go on a slow track. I don't know who'd I use. I'm sorta debating on the next one whether to keep Ace or use Rixku, Jason, or maybe even Kurix for the hell if havin a dude with anger issues.)

(well i want to finish this one first you guys just fight without iamkingdomhearts1000 and if Gexln wins then they both head on if he looses they're out i know that's not far but i got to keep this thing moving. Gexln if you don't like it then PM him...i'll be doing the same. )

(absolutely no way Gex is gonna win that one but okay..)Gexln quickly swung Darkness' Sorrow horizontally, barely deflecting the daggers. He landed on his feet, and glared at Yuka. "Oh, you're going to regret that" he said, he skidded along the ground slightly, his foot gripping the ground he stood on, and then used the strength in his leg to launch himself as a human projectile at Yuka, Darkness' Sorrow pointed at her.

~Joshua~Despite pummeling Virgil with tremendous watery force, Yuka seemed to be a primary concern for me. I moved a stream of water across the area and slammed Gexin, drenching him intensely, but without the heat of it boiling. "That's it Joshua! Just keep on going and you'll kill! You'll be just like me-- a cold-blooded demon!" Envy echoed through my head now, during and after I launched Gexin away from Yuka. "Killing this one won't be cruel, its just putting it out of all its misery! Better off dead, and feeling more pain when alive. Is that truly the work of your so-called 'compassion'?! You're just as sick and twisted as me...!" Anger seethed through my mind and body, ready to practically combust spontaneously. "Yes, just like Wrath! Just kill 'em already!" (Envy...!) I thought in hatred at the sight of those whom Envy had taken the lives of. "He got away. See how useless you are? You let someone just walk away after killing your friend. Not avenging them, huh? What a shame; how boring. Useless little fool. When will Pride let me finally kill YOU...?!" (Envy!) I finally snapped and an incredible force of explosions blazed through to Gexin in endless combustions. The water I had controlled now splattered down onto the floor with a regained sense of gravity. The chain of explosions quickly reached Gexin and launched him to the air. I followed underneath him swiftly as I was pushed with a bit of extra force from small blue streams of flames behind me. A ring of small blue orbs of fire appeared slightly above me. "If only I can fight here in Marie's body. Its so weak...but it  seems to make you all even weaker." The ring of blue fireballs then fired towards Gexin one by one.

Both the ring of fireballs and water hit Gexln hard, slamming into his ribcage. Limply, his body fell through the air until it crashed down onto the ground. He laid there for a moment until without a sound, he stood up. His skin was an altogether dark tinge, almost completely black in colour. He had an aura of darkness around him, appearing in the form of a sort of smoky cloud surrounding him. One thing was for sure, Gexln was not what he usually was. He was an altogether different creature, with razor sharp claws, terrifyingly pointed teeth, glowing red eyes, and for some odd reason, he seemed to be lighter on his feet. Gexln had done something that he was highly hesitant to do, he had allowed his darkness to gain control of him temporarily.Shadow Gexln spoke, its voice twisted and distorted to the point it was barely recognisable. "Now...now you shall know true fear!" it proclaimed. He ran forward that quickly that it seemed as though he'd almost teleported there (think flash step in bleach) and with deadly speed, he thrust out with his right arm infused with the power of darkness, the claws aiming to scratch horizontally across Yuka's face and leave a terrible gash.

~Joshua~I stared Gexin-- or shadow Gexin down with unusually cold eyes. 'Now...now you shall know true fear!' It seemed to claim. Right as it said that, I engulfed the creature in an intense tempest of blaze-- emotionlessly and coldly. I seemed to be much more enraged as it slashed Yuka though. "Gexin! Get away from her!" I yelled furiously, as a mere spark flickered from my fingertips over to Gexin. The little spark combusted extremely as it impacted Gexin, ready to send him-- or it-- flying the opposite direction of me. I used small blue flames as if they were skates, quickly dashing across the area while blasting Gexin with an insane amount of fire. Seeing all the hydrogen left in the water from earlier, I quickly ignited it and set Gexin ablaze. Afterwards, I ran over to Yuka quickly. "Are you okay, Yuka?" I asked, kindly and innocently with her.

Shadow Gexln was sent back, but relatively unharmed. It chuckled quietly. I was born in the flames of darkness, and they think a little fire is going to stop me...how pathetic it thought. It neatly landed on its feet. Shadow Gexln launched a dark firaga towards Joshua, and then rushed forwards in an attempt to slash his stomach open.( Everyone should be able to face everyone in this tournament. If you feel that you have not fought everyone by the end of this tournament, please speak to the tournament host and referee, Elite.Just wanted to point that out. Being eliminated in a 2v1 isn't fair in the slightest, it's about as far as literally everything i've done getting pushed away effortlessly as Gexln gets set on fire )

(Sorry -_- I was at school...I realized something...EVERYONE TRIES TO KILL MY CHARACTERS AT NIGHT WHEN I AM ASLEEP O_O wft...?)

 

Yuka scoffed as she was gashed in the face, that on her right side of the face.

"Dang...you just want to screw me up don't you?" she sighed.

Yuka looked towards Joshua.

"I've suffered much more pain then this. Trust me..." she sighed, baring her teeth.

"Hey! Stop picking on the overpowering little kid and bug me instead..." she snapped, pulling Joshua out of the way of Gexln's powerful slash.

"Plus, I'm much more fun to fight with." she smiled mischievously.

 

(Oh, and if ya didn't see...I put Yuka's appearance on the sign ups)

Shadow Gexln stood still, crouched on the ground in much the same position as a cat would before it pounces on its prey. It laughed, the darkness once again distorting his voice. "We'll see about that" it said. It pondered what its next move would be, considering its options as it waited for its opponents to react.

~Joshua~Despite what Yuka said, I wanted to end this battle with the least amount of people hurt. Gexin was an opponent and I had no choice but to harm him, at least for now. A literal wall of flame appeared ahead of Yuka and launched towards Gexin swiftly and forcefully. "Kill, kill, kill, kill, KILL!" The flames that were etched and burning throughout the area of the battlefield just enraged more and became much more furious, sparking and generating a more intense heat. Kill...kill someone else this time! As Envy's voice echoed in my mind I grew much more stressed and irritated by it. (Quit it!!!) I snapped mentally and blasted extreme streams of lightning at Gexin, with the previous flames still burning brilliantly in the background.

(Having a few personal issues as of late, frustrated with godmodding. I mean seriously, it's already 2v1 and now you're shooting lightning and stuff sure but now you're exploding stuff WITHIN HIS BODY? and guaranteed scorching from flames? That's just ridiculous.I may sign up for the next one, i don't know at this point, but i'm removing myself from this rp.)Gexln reverted back to his regular form upon being hit. He closed his eyes. "There's no way i can come out on top of this" he said. Darkness radiated around Gexln, much more dense than ever, manifesting in a physical form that was very easy to see. "But, i'll be damned if i'm going to go down without trying!" he shouted. The area around Gexln began shaking violently, darkness flooding the area, until with an almighty explosion Gexln vanished, using his very existence to launch a catastrophic attack at both Joshua and Yuka.

(That wasn't godmodding.... Those powers are all within the grasp of what Cloaked put on his character sheet. His emotions changed, giving him lightning, and power over fire, allows him to create it ANYWHERE, including inside the body. Truly, I'm more scared of fighting Joshua than Ace. *waits for Rixku to kill her* I guess the guaranteed burns are a step too far though.)

 

"Well, if he gave up, you must've given him quite the beating." Neena replied to Silver. "Now come on, we should go sit down. Jason and Daxam's rematch is about to start." she continued. Neena ushered them both to a seat. Unfortunately, the rematch didn't happen, and both Silver and Neena called off the bet due to not a fair fight. They proceeded to watch with growing intrigue at the loser's sweep. Neena watched with intense fascination as Shadow Gexln emerged. 'Similar to my Dark Drive, but he doesn't seem to have the control that I do.' she thought to herself. Gexln fell soon afterward though. "Well, Gexln's down, up to Vergil to beat both Joshua and Yuka now." Neena said out loud to Silver.

 

(Hope you don't mind the controlling Silver, I was just trying to get us caught up.)

Silver nodded, leaning in a bit closer to observe the ongoing fight. Vergil was a tough opponent- he was quick, and could take a beating. But, Silver noticed one thing: his pride.

"Yeah. But if they actually manage to hit him, or make him seem foolish, I doubt he'd last. That's how I won. He kept calling me the weakling; but when I landed a blow, he gave up. Of course, I might be wrong." Silver said, leaning back further in his seat, "Doesn't mean I don't want Vergil to win. I'm sure he'd do fine anyways."

"Shit..." Yuka hissed under her breath, getting hit with the suprisingly strong attack.

The pretty much explosion knocked her back, her ending up on the ground. The blood from her facial wound bleeding heavily. Yuka stood up, pain from the attack ripping through her.

"Vergil...you're next." she whispered quietly.

She turned to Joshua who was rather badly hurt by the attack too.
