Everyone receives a letter.

 

Dear Contestant,

You have been accepted to compete in this year’s Omni verse Grand Tournament!

The victor will be titled strongest fighter in existence and will gain a power that none has ever had. The battles will be completely random, the winners of each match will be moved up to the next round and the matches will be randomized once more. This sequence will continue till the end of the tournament. Everyone will stay one our ground and sleep in dorms that will hold four people each. Later in the tournament you will be moved to more isolated dorms once others are sent to the loser’s brackets. The losers of each match will battle in a sub-tournament to reinsure who is the greatest. Everyone should be able to face everyone in this tournament. If you feel that you have not fought everyone by the end of this tournament, please speak to the tournament host and referee, Elite.

Rules:

1)   Stay in the ring

2)   If you are down for longer than the count of ten you loose

3)   No battling outside of the arena

4)   If a battle ends in a draw, I will test your stamina other ways

5)   Don’t piss me off

Hovering sideways he only just stifled a laugh. "But I'm not only using the armor I'm using myself as we'll. no point in fight without a few risks right?" Gaining a bit more height he watched as Darkness Sorrow went one way while he continued eyeing keenly knowing this was his chance to get real close to Gexln so that match could be finished. "So tell me you haven't noticed it yet? Why I'm making you fight in one direction? Why you can't really hurt m right now? It's not to hard to figure out." One chance was all he had. Hopefully it would be enough.

Gexln's eyes narrowed. "Doesn't matter, nothing you throw at me is going to bring me down" he replied, determined to advance. He merely watched as Darkness' Sorrow continued going towards Ace, whistling through the air as it quickly neared Ace.

Without his armor Ace appeared from behind using his smaller form to grab onto Gexln's back. "I don't rely on my weapon. I rely on my mind!" With his shout he stabbed Gexln's back with a light based dagger a present from a certain thunder god he knew. The dagger emblems with yellow let out a vicious amount of lightning into Gexln's spine. Cringing he didn't let go of Gexln's back. "Reverse Mark XIi!" The armor itself narrowly dodged it as Ace pushed the dagger farther in hoping to bid his time. At the least he could stand a blow hopefully the dagger would stop anything bad from happening before he could get on the armor.

( William, seriously, stop this godmodding bullshit. It ruins rp's and isn't needed here)

 

Gexln fell onto the ground, nearly unconcious. He stood up, swaying slightly. There was only one way he was going to come out on top of the fight, and one way alone. He had to do something he had sworn never to do again. He had to release the darkness inside. Gexln's pale skin slowly started to turn to a dark shade of black, but when it vanished as quickly as it had come. "No...i control the darkness, it doesn't control me" he said quietly. He leapt into the air and rolled around, coming to slam his back on the ground, hopefully with Ace still on it.

(Don't know where you come from, but that isn't godmodding here. At least dodging the attacks isn't. But yeah Will, leave some open space to say whether or not the attack hits.)

 

Neena nodded her head. "Tis a shame we didn't get to see who won. But it had slowed down considerably anyway. This is for the better." she said with a bit of sorrow in her voice. She really did want to see the rest of that fight, considering she knew Jason had a secret weapon. He hadn't produced his keyblade once during the fight, unless he was giving off a false aura. She smiled as a new fight started, this one between the two that had been really going at it. She just wanted to enjoy this one, with no bets. She was still curious about Silver's past, but if he didn't want to reveal too much right now, that was fine. A man walked up and gave Silver and she a flower. Neena took it gratefully, saying thank you as well, before taking a big whiff of the smell. It was her favorite smell, one of freshly cut grass. It was pink as well, she would've preferred purple, but it was nice all the same.

(Oh sorry.. Gotta slow it down. I wonder if this could be twisted into another tie. It was the one thing they didn't talk about.)Dagger slipping to the side now broken into crystallized pieces the pain he felt was almost the worst the thing he had felt since his Creator had been defeated just three months previously. Struggling to crawl a little ways he heard the ring of cracking bones even still. 'Another rib, probably nailed my left arm, and a big possibility of my right foot being fratured.' Groaning he looked to the side noticing that armor had been knocked back just like him. Brushing away some blood dripping from his mouth he held out his hand hoping that his armor still worked enough to allow the gloved gauntlets he us to pull off onto his bare hands. That still didn't mean it actually work before hand.

"Huh? Oh, thanks Garry." I said as I held the yellow flower carefully. "A good luck charm, huh?" I said to myself. I sighed, (Now I REALLY won't fight Garry). I thought to myself and latched the flower on my shirt and glanced again at Garry.

Gexln groaned in pain, the back slam had done much more damage to him than he had thought. "Urgh...Gexln, why do you do such stupid things?" he murmured, trying to find the energy to get up. He opened a dark corridor and let himself fall into it, appearing on the other side of the arena and grabbing Darkness' Sorrow. He used Darkness' Sorrow as a hold as he lifted himself off the ground. He looked at Ace, swaying slightly. "So, you ready to give up yet?" he asked, brow dripped with sweat and panting heavily.

The other guy standing away a good ways away looked just as bad as he thought he looked himself. Grinding his teeth as he pushed himself to stand relying on the wall to keep him upright as the armor a little ways away kneeled waiting for a command. "Not until I fizz out Beatless......" Did he mention that his whole body screamed at the slightest movement which include talking? "I told you I was much more challenging than you thought I was Beatless....." Okay maybe he should stop talking but he wasn't going to attack yet. More likely than not his blast would miss this far away. That or the armor would give out. Well this was more frustrating than he had expected.

Gexln gritted his teeth. He felt as though he was about to collapse at any moment. He held Darkness' Sorrow as you would a spear and ran towards Ace, roaring as he ran and intending to impale Ace on the end of it. He got close to Ace and then fell onto the ground, too exhausted to go on. "I'll...kill..y..." he said as he fell unconcious and Darkness' Sorrow fell onto the ground. Gexln was defeated.

 

(Wouldn't usually do this, but i'm just too damn stressed out irl atm to do this tonight so you win this one)

(Which means someone else is going to screw over him.)Stumbling back slightly he grinned. "Knew I'd prove ya wrong." Slumping onto his knees his armor reappear in the more compact backpack as he trailed over it lightly with his fingers. "First single winner I feel so special....." More like ready to spit up everything sitting in his stomach. Considering everything he just wanted to go to sleep. That and maybe figure out how to fix his three maybe four broken bones with the numerous scratches and bruises that layer his back.

Yuka carefully took the orange rose for Garry.

"A good luck charm? Thank you. I am Yuka Shikirai...was your name Garry?" she asked, slightly twirling the rose in her hand.

A rose was a nice luck charm.

"Oh, um, thank you." Silver said, nodding his thanks as he took the gray flower. He looked at it, smiling.

It looks kind of silvery in the sunlight...heh. The irony in that is obvious... Silver thought, putting the flower closer to his nose. He smelled it, and his expression slightly became more confused.

It smells like...rain. He thought, not sure about the connection he made. "Alright then." Silver said, smiling to Neena as he slipped the rose into his coat pocket. It pocked out, clear enough for anyone to see.

Getting up with his black backpack. Half stumbling he made his way off of the field to at the very least make sure he got away from Gexln should he wake up. 'I think he was actually serious about killing me.' Shivering he made his way next to both Joshua and Yuka. "Wish whoever is going next good luck and hope they aren't as bad as Gexln." Noticing the flower he quirked his eyebrow. "Okay I already thought this place was weird." Holding his side he gave Yuka a mixed look of confusion and a little bit of regret. Still he wasn't going to say anytime soon.

Yuka curiously looked up at Ace.

"What? Are you planning something...Ace?" she asked rudely. 

She knew Ace was still pissed off at her, and she didn't want to get on his bad side again. 

"Joshua...this is Ace. The one who likes to complain about honor." she introduced.

"Not after going against Beatless now dead on the floor. I just want to get away from because I don't think he was kidding about killing me." Expression turning into a childish pout while he put his hands against his hips. The wall was probably the only reason that he could stand right then. "You can complain about honor when you wake up, have your Creator say HIS honor is the mot important thing, go against Thor while having blab about it, and find out honor is just a bitch because you has a choice." He spoke bluntly as he looked straight at Yuka almost smiling still.

Yuka crossed her arms and looked up at Ace with an annoyed look. 

"It's not my fault I was the youngest and had to have this happen to me!" she snapped.

"You are just a rich little brat who wants everything his way." she sighed, slightly looking at Joshua. 

"No I'm not. I'm a clone who woke up after thirteen years in a pod. Three years layer went to go destroy the Avengers. His Creator nearly murdered him. Guy I was cloned off took me after nearly getting murder by some of them who wanted me dead. It's been three months since I even had a choice in anything. I'm still very knew at the choice game." Rolling his eyes he crossed his arms against his chest. Of boy this argument was going to be interesting.

"Blah Blah Blah...go on about your troubles forever will you?!" Yuka asked placing her hand over her left eye.

"Remember Ace...I'm still older then you...so I can boss you around...now can't I?" she asked with a smirk. 

"Mind of adult who even as teen drinks on a regular day to day life. You have some hopes don't you?" Smiling slightly he quirked a eyebrow. 'People think I have a messed personality. Try this group of people first then comment.'

I looked back and forth between Yuka and Ace as they argued again. I sent a minor frosty chill down both their spines and briefly cut the arguement off. "Hello Ace, my name is Joshua Akira, but you can call me Josh if you like." I told Ace as the chills were gone from both of them. "Yuka, no need to call names. And Ace, no need to be a smart-alecky jerk." I sighed. The chill I gave them earlier was hardly anything to either of them, so I hope that and the fact of me being eleven doesn't have then underestimating me. I could, at the least, freeze them completely over right this second.

Yuka cleared her voice and rearranged herself in the seat.

"Thank you, Joshua." she sighed, keeping a grim look up at Ace.

"We'll before I leave you alone either of you know a good way to fix broken bones? He broke a couple of my bones slamming into me. That and I think being numb is a bad thing." Medical treatments weren't his best thing to do. Usually he had help from the others even pepper knew more than him but it wasn't that surprising. "Cause I've lost the feeling in a few parts of my body." Which should of been a warning sign his body hadn't liked being slammed into.

I glanced at Yuka then turned back to Ace with a nod. "Where does it hurt?" I asked. I placed my hands in front of him as if I would blast his face, but instead emitted a green dim aura from my hands to his body, healing him all over. "Most pain and numbness will be gone soon, you may have to wait a bit for other parts depending on how bad it is." I explained to Ace. "I'm sure you have plenty of time to rest up in too."

Neena relaxed and watched as the fight continued, and then ended. "That was quick." she said. She had been expecting Gexln to win. He had been giving off the stronger aura, but Ace just showed off some very interesting technology. In all of her travels, she hadn't once found something like the stuff he had just used. Not to mention his physical capabilities without his armor were still very good. It had been an interesting, but short-lived fight. Neena had a bad feeling about the next fight. Even though nobody knew the combatants yet, she had a tingling feeling on her spine about it.
