(Sorry for any poor translations of Japanese words...I'm not very good.)

 

Since my previous Roleplays were generally Fantasy-Oriented, I decided to try and do a more realistic one.

 

You are a Freshman at the new Academy Sukaiakademi. Being a new student at this academy, you have little friends, and are alone as you make it through year one. The choices are yours, and your actions will affect how you will survive your first year.

Will you make it? Or will you fail?

It's up to you.

 

This is another Open-ended RP (Where there isn't much of a plot, and it's up to you to do what you want.), set in Japan at one of the many Academies.

 

Rules:

1. Be creative! Make sure your posts are at least three sentences!

2. Do what you want, just don't get too outrageous!

3. Keep cursing to a minimum.

4. Romances are allowed, and encouraged.

5. Follow the other KH13 rules.

6. Have fun!

The classes and Teachers at Sukai akademi:

 

Geometry: Ore Sora (Age 27)- A female teacher ; often relaxed, and very kind. Likes music.

Grammar 1: Naka Chie (Age 39)- A female teacher; Very harsh, does not accept anything less than perfection.

Earth Science: No Nui (Age 28)- A female teacher; very quiet, and probably is the most intelligent teacher.

Literature: Nou Neah (Age 28)- A male teacher; Fun loving; aspires to make a movie. Has a crush on Ms. Nui.

World History: A female teacher; Shicko Nana (Age 34); Talkative, and one to make jokes.

Basic English: Robert Reeds (Age 37); A male teacher; An awkward man from England, as this is his first year, he is still unaccustomed to Japan.

Art 1: Lec Lue (Age 25); A male teacher; The youngest teacher, and probably the oddest of them all. Likes bananas.

Gym: Ke Nochicko (Age 29); A male teacher; A stern man, but isn't as tough as a Drill Sergeant.

Health: Naddoch Reush (Age 45); The oldest teacher, and though he teaches health, he isn't exactly the healthiest man. Doubles as the school nurse.

Music: Lea Fortha (Age 32); A female teacher from America; She is quiet, and shy. Often plays the piano when alone.

Satoshi stepped out of his parent's car, and as if they were pleased with his absence, they immediately drove off. He sighed, staring at the large, pristine academy before him. He fingered a slip of paper in his hand, that dictated his name, age, and his to-be class at this new academy. Satoshi stared at it, as if not satisfied with the results.

 

Class 3A. Please report to the Auditiorium for your class' introductory meeting. He read in his mind, and looked at the mahogany colored doors that lead inside Sakaiakademi.

 

"Great." He murmured, "Another chance for me to be bored out of my mind." He grumbled some more complaints as he walked up the numerous concrete steps up to the academy. Satoshi was always like this- bored and pessimistic.

 

But would he be that way for long?

Hibiki finished the semi-long walk from his house, and arrived at his school. Hadn't changed at all. He started to walk up the steps, but stopped. He put his bag down and desperately looked for the spray paint, but it was gone. He groaned. How could this happen to him? He had the perfect prank for today! He continued sadly up the stairs, looking at his sheet which said he was in class 3A and bumped into a grumbling boy who looked as miserable as Hibiki was.

Nagi was..... Conflicted with how she felt about school today. She hasn't really enjoyed her other school experiences, why start now? But there was always a chance she'd like it. Walking up to the school she noticed other grumbling kids.

"3A." She said to herself, walking to her class, ready for the long day ahead of her.

Niouto stood at the foot of the stairs taking a deep breath. She pinched herself and forced herself up the stairs. She walked past the two other boys just wanting to start her new life.She looked down to the paper in her hands that held part of her new life. Ni as she liked to call herself sighed slowly making her way though the hallway. "My new life." She muttered.

She shook her head as she pulled her bag closer to her in some form of relief. Taking another deep breath she glanced about the hallway. She hoped she would at least be able to stay to herself here.

Naomi looked up at the school,and quietly began walking up the steps.She passed a few people before coming to the large mahogany doors.

I can do this! And don't forget to make friends and be assertive..mom and dad would have wanted that...

She hesitantly walked through the doors to reveal the large hallway.

"Let's see 3A..."She said quietly glancing down at her paper.

Naomi looked around,taking in everything before walking towards her location.

Satoshi mumbled an apology to the person he bumped into, and continued walking. He passed by several rooms, all of which held several other students.

And yet, no auditorium. Just where is it? Satoshi thought, trying to locate what would be the area of the school he was looking for. Eventually, though, he became fed up with looking, and asked for the first adult he could find for directions.

 

"Excuse me, where's the auditorium?" Satoshi asked, only now noticing the man was nibbling on a banana. "That way." The man said through bites, pointing to his left. Sure enough, another set of large wooden doors dictated Satoshi's direction, and he walked off to be welcomed on his first day.

After going down many hallways Naomi finally managed to find the auditorium.She quietly opened the doors and walked in.

Mom...Dad wish me luck

She found many empty seats,but chose to sit in the back where she would most likely be unnoticed.

"Welcome to your first day of school."She said in a monotone voice as she took her seat.

Hibiki sighed. Another orientation. He passed Ms. Nui and waved. She just spoke quietly. "Don' t cause any trouble Hibiki." Hibiki pretended to be offended, and Ms. Nui laughed. "Get to orientation." He found the auditorium, went in, took a seat, and waited for it to start.

Ni found herself following other students. The school was small enough that after a few minutes of following others she found herself where she needed to be. She sighed finding a boy sitting alone.(Satoshi) "Hey. I'm Niouto. Call me Ni-Kun." She said in a low tone of voice then look up to the stage.

She turned to him a gave a small smile for some reason. "Why..." She thought to herself.

As she waited for the presentation to start Naomi decided to sit more closer to the stage,realizing she couldn't really see since there were a lot of taller people.She got up and moved some rows down to an empty seat next to a girl and boy (Ni and Satoshi). "Um excuse me would it be okay if i sat here?"She asked shyly while pointing to the seat.Naomi managed a shy smile at them.

Satoshi had found a random seat within an auditorium, and looked forward as he watched the stage. A graying haired man shuffled around with papers, and various Assistants aided him in his task. Satoshi quickly came to the assumption this man was the Principal...or close enough.

Satoshi jumped when someone said something, and he turned to see a girl who introduced herself as "Niouto." Satoshi sighed, looking around, and then looked back to the girl.

 

"Eh...I guess." Satoshi said, shrugging as he offered the seat next to him. But then, yet another girl came up to Satoshi and now Niouto, and asked for the seat next to Niouto. Satoshi sighed again. He didn't like people all too much, and he felt odd enough just letting one person sit next to him. He looked to Niouto, and then looked away, preferring to stay silent for now.

Hibiki was ready. He had the water balloons, and as soon as the principal was into his speech, he would be drenched. But then...Hibiki couldn't do it. He sighed and leaned back in his chair in the back of the room. He  really was a chicken nowadays. He got up and left the auditorium. The teachers never checked anyway. Hibiki sat in the hall and waited for first period.

Naomi shook in hands in a panicked motion,"Oh um it's okay if there's no seat here i'll find somewhere else i really didn't want to bother anyone."

She sighed and looked around the place for any other place to seat,but was out of luck.She muttered a sorry to the boy and girl and found a seat back in the back.

As Naomi waited for the presentation to begin she went over what she was to do after school.

I have a street performance 

And after that I will visit my parents

My job should start by then...

Naomi sighed,it was only the first day of school and yet she was to busy to even do anything but work.

Nagi showed up, a bit late, but she was there, and she walked into the auditorium while passing a boy sitting in the hallway. She then took a seat in the auditorium.

Satoshi continued looking away, now suddenly feeling guilty for driving the girl away. He gave a sideways glance to Niouto, and then quickly turned back to face the stage of the auditorium. By now, the man up at the podium had reorganized himself, and he leaned over a microphone.

"H-Hello, new students. I am y-your Principal...Mr. Uichi." The Principal said, with a noticeable stutter, "Welcome to Sukaiakademi...w-we are glad to have you here. Y-you all are class 3A here....a-and schedules for you class will be given soon." The Principal said, continuing to stammer, and rush his words as if he was just trying to cover everything, with as few words as possible.

Niouto raised her hand up.Then the other one and quickly put each hand behind her head. She leaned into the seat more as the principal spoke. "Ah. Mr.Uichi."She muttered.

She gave a small sigh trying not to get noticed. Then a thought came. "What a second the person beside me didn't give me their name." She slowly sighed.

Naomi grew very bored as the principle spoke.Soon she began to space out.

Why is the principle stuttering so much? I would suspect he has spoken publicly before..

As she waited for the presentation to end Naomi quietly began humming to herself.

Nagi payed (paid? At these moments i question the English language. .-.) attention to the principle and sat quietly. He had a stutter, it was very noticeable. At least he could speak. Nagi continued to heed the words of her principle.

Satoshi rested his head upon his left hand, nearly falling asleep through the Principal's lecture. Mr. Uichi talked about the expectations of the school, the various facilities -gym, library, various computer labs, etc.-, yet Satoshi felt little interest into what was spoken.

"Oh, and during our one hour lunch period, students are free to walk around most of the school's grounds, including the garden-courtyard." Mr. Uichi said, but again, Satoshi didn't pay it all too much attention.

"Oh.." He murmured, looking to Niouto, "I didn't tell you my name, did I? I'm..Satoshi." Satoshi said, and then quickly looked away.

Niouto nodded a small blush on her face."He's a little cute." She thought and noticed how quickly he looked away.

"Hey,you can talk to me." She whispered to him.

"I guess it doesn't matter though." She said to him slowly.

Hibiki looked through his book bag one more time, and this time found the spray paint. He grinned and stood up, deciding what to do. Taking the can, he slowly, neatly sprayed five words on the wall facing the auditorium door.. Admiring his handiwork, he walked back in, fully realizing the teachers would know who did it. He saw the boy from before, and sat next to him. "Welcome to hell on Earth." He smiled as he thought of his graffiti. 'Good luck this year 3A.'

Satoshi looked back at Niouto. He was an awkward boy, but somehow Niouto managed to calm him down ever so slightly.

"Eh...well, if you say so." Satoshi said, listening to Mr. Uichi continue to drone on about more miscellaneous knowledge that Satoshi already knew. "Well, uh....how old are you?" Satoshi asked Niouto, deciding to start the conversation with a run-of-the-mill questions.

Wow...she just starts talking to me like that. Haven't had that happen yet. Not sure what to say...I'm actually at a loss for words.. Satoshi thought, smiling a bit, surprised that this person managed to break his cold shell so easily.

"I'm 15." Niouto said slowly,with a small smile on her face.

"How old are you,then?" She asked now wanting to know more about Satoshi.

She gave him a light smile and looked back up to the stage."How droll can one man be?" She thought to herself.

Satoshi managed to keep half of his attention on Mr. Uichi, and the remainder of Niouto.

"Oh, well, I'm 15 as well." Satoshi replied, watching as Mr. Uichi appeared to be finishing up the terribly dull excuse of a welcoming presentation he ever had the will to listen to.

"Thank you, C-Class 3A, for listening. I welcome you to our fine academy, and hope you enjoy the years to come. N-Now please, one of our f-faculty members will lead you to your homeroom teacher, who will complete the introductions." Mr Uichi announced, picking up a stack of papers as he walked off the stage. Suddenly, one of the teachers, burst in, and ran up to the Principal.

Oh lord, what happened now? Satoshi thought, wondering what had happened.

Niouto feeling bold reached over and took Satoshi hand. "I think I l-l-like you." She said out of nowhere.

Her face was as red as she could get. She let go of Satoshi's hand."I didn't mean too,I promise." She looked away.

Ni tried to look for the closest door. "I have to leave now!" She thought.

Naomi snapped out of her day dreaming and looked up just in time.One of the teachers had rushed in and was discussing something with the principal.From how quickly they spoke it must have been important.

Curiosity got the better of her and Naomi got up and edged her way to the doors.

Someone had written all over the school wall.

Well that's one way to start the school year..

Naomi thought to herself as she sat back down at her seat.
