So I'm in the mood for sea salt ice cream, but I don't have whipping cream with me, I have table cream and condensed milk.... it said I couls use table cream, but would condensed milk be fine? I cut out some sugar and I don't need to actually whip the cream

I don't think it'll work...  Maybe, but I sort of doubt it.  Heavy whipping cream is thinner than condensed milk, not to mention the properties are fairly different.  Maybe if you thinned the condensed milk, but I'm kind of thinking it won't work.  Sorry!

I'd use regular full fat milk if I were you, and as much as possible stick to the recipe's guidelines. From the research I've done on making Sea Salt ice cream, it can be temperamental at the best of times. Best of luck with it!
