nice!!! but like all art, could use some improvement!!

observe faces at angles and such. the cheeks arent round enough in comparison to the top of the head jutting out kind of unnaturally. 

individually the facial features are good, but all together look off

the nose is a bit too small and high up and so is the mouth. the jaw is a masculine looking (which I don't think you were going for) and you should round it out and make a little smaller.

the hair needs to have more flow and movement and fall a bit more naturally too!

much better!! could still use some more tweeks, but play around and study faces and practice lots and then develop your own style
