Final Mix scene placement

As part of my going through the entire series chronologically leading up to my first play through of 3D*, I'm trying to watch the additional Final Mix scenes along with each game. Since there weren't many in KH and BbS, it was kind of easy to place them, but I can't seem to find a reference anywhere that lists where the FM scenes go for 2. Can anyone help me out?
