Posted March 23, 201015 yr The creature moves, Running through trees, The prey it will not lose, It pounces through the leaves, Tearing mud and dirt in it's path, Eyes locked on the beast ahead, How long the chase will last? We yet to see no one is dead, Dressed in fur, Cloathed in skin, The creature moves heather, The creature will soon win, The prey tries far, The prey moves fast, The prey speeds ajar, The prey will not last, The creature finds it cornered, The creature has just planned, The prey dies with an arrow shot, The creature...is man.
March 26, 201015 yr Author heh heh, thank you. It was another poem dedicated to my Native American Heritage.
The creature moves,
Running through trees,
The prey it will not lose,
It pounces through the leaves,
Tearing mud and dirt in it's path,
Eyes locked on the beast ahead,
How long the chase will last?
We yet to see no one is dead,
Dressed in fur,
Cloathed in skin,
The creature moves heather,
The creature will soon win,
The prey tries far,
The prey moves fast,
The prey speeds ajar,
The prey will not last,
The creature finds it cornered,
The creature has just planned,
The prey dies with an arrow shot,
The creature...is man.
