As the title implements, this Rp is about a sacrifice.... of human lives.

One day you wake up and the world has fallen into Darkness. You have no weapons, no armor, nothing but the clothes on your back. You goal is to find out how this happened and avoid at all cost any one covered in Darkness. You will die. Will you risk everything to heal the planet...or will you let it suffer? Not a kh rp. I'll explain more as I go

The large creature grabbed both of them, crushing them.

Alex:

Oni shrieked in pain and fear. "Make it stop! Make it stop!!"

Alex passed out. In his head he was floating in the air. Below him was a city full of light, and above, was the opposite.

Oni found herself laying in the fetal position in pure darkness. She couldn't see a thing, not even herself. She closed her eyes, repeating in her mind to please wake up, please wake up...

I will wake up.

She opened her eyes. "I will wake up."

Alex: "We will defeat the Darkness"!

(( Did you know that alter ego was Latin? I didn't. Also, in your recent post, is the setting in the character's mind, or is it the actual house? Sorry, I just wanna ask so I don't post something stupid. ))

Oni sat up in the darkness. "God, I barely get enough sleep, do I?" she muttered before shrugging.

What are you doing?

Oni sighed. "You had your chance. It's my turn to keep us alive." She pinched her skin...

 

... and woke up in the house.

The creature had now surrounded the room in Darkness. Alex felt a weird sensation.

Alex: "Oni, are you ready to fight"?

Standing up, Oni remarked, "Pff, I was born ready."

Alex:

Out of nowhere, Oni held a sword. "First up, a warm-up..." She charged to attack the monster.

The creature had shot dark fire at the two. Alex broke the fire and jumped on the back of the monster and stabbed the scythe in the creature's neck.

Alex: "Finish it"!

* The Dark People chased Alex, he met Oni at her house (not like that), and the two found their inner selves and are fighting a large Dark creature*

Oni charged, aiming for the face. She lunged the sword and stabbed it between its eyes.

The creature disappeared. A small card was left in its place.

Alex:

"... That was it?" Oni asked, sounding a little upset.

Oh well, at least I now know I feared over nothing, she thought, feeling disappointed with her previous persona.

Alex: "There's a name on this card, Lillian, whose that"?

Oni shrugged. "Never heard of her."

Lillian was walking thoughtful.

The card flew out the door and landed in front of Lillian.

Alex: "oh, so your the one we need".

"What?" asks Lillian grabing the card.

"Why would the Darkness have a card of you...?" Oni questioned as she got outside.
