There were a few songs--and rather popular ones, too--that didn't make it to Theatrhythm. It's not surprising, really, since Final Fantasy has 100s of great songs and limited space to put them. A few I really wished were there was Rachel's Theme and Kefka's Theme, both from Final Fantasy VI. Some others I would've loved were from Crisis Core, but I can understand why those weren't added since CC isn't a part of the main series. There's definitely more, but those are the main three that come to mind.
