Shugo Chara Manga Question

I was looking on Amazon and I saw two different manga 

one is from 2007 by Del Rey and the other is from 2012 by Kodansha

I want to buy the Del Rey because it's a lot cheaper

but I don't know about translation/ picture quality

Can anybody recommend one of them?

    Del Ray turned into Kodnasha same company, so yup :3
