No im not about to start a console war, but i notticed xbox really stuffs up with its marketplace compared to PS3, and its annoying :(

I don't quite remember it (it has been a long time since I used my box), but don't you first buy it and then download it? So, in this case you bought it, but just didn't download it to your console and can start the DL wihout paying again?
