April 19, 201312 yr If there were to be a Mario Kart Series, it would be cool because the plot would be that the residents of the Mushroom Kingdom are competing for the Royal Cup, and whoever wins can posses control over the kingdom. It would be cool. But I agree with Firaga96, it would be cool if it was Mario in general, or perhaps an anime in the vein of the Mario and Luigi RPG series? Now that would be cool!

April 19, 201312 yr You can't really work with Mario out of a game. The games are brilliant and fun but the plot is just your typical damsel in distress story. Princess Peach gets captured and it's up to our hero Mario to save her over and over again. There have been two attempts to bring Mario to different entertainment mediums. A live action movie, and an animated cartoon, both were absolutely horrible. The movie had little to do with Mario at all and is a major disrespect to the fans and the animated cartoon was even worse. So for that reason, I can't really see Mario or Mario Kart becoming an anime. Shorts would be cool, especially if they were action focused, but I can't see this as a full anime. If you want to hear more on the shittyness of the Mario TV show and Movie, the Nostalgia Critic seems to comment on them perfectly.
April 19, 201312 yr How about an anime based on Mario in general? There was an anime Mario movie in Japan,I've watched it and it was bad,not as as bad as the SMB super show but still isn't a true Mario anime. Besides,I can't imagine hearing a Japanese voice for Mario for some reason
