I just caught Kyurem in the giant chasm in Black 1 and I have a Reshiram in my party but I don't know from where I can get the DNA splicer that fuses them

For his pokemon, this is a pretty good guide on them. You'll know when you see them since they're similar to shiny pokemon.

For memories I'm not 100% sure what you mean but I assume you mean memory link which I find this to explain how to get well.

After you have defeated him you start looking for the other sages. You don't find him again

Landorus: At Abundant Shrine if you have both Tundurus and Tornadus.

 

Cobalion: Guidance chamber of Mistralton cave

After you encounter it the other two will appear in their locations

Terrakion: Trial chamber of Victory Road

Virizion: Rumination Field of Pinwheel forest

Black 2 only for Zekrom. They made it so you could get both legendaries if you get one and two of the same color game.

If you catch it in Black 1 and white 2 then yes. You could always trade one I guess.

That's weird,in HGSS I can rematch them so I don't know why they removed that from BW1
