Sora has a valid excuse. Since he was dreaming himself in the Sleeping Worlds throughout all of DDD, he probably got physically weaker in the Real World.

 

Same can't be said for Riku, since he was in Sora's Dreams the whole time, so he still normally grew Stronger physically.

 

Ventus(If he is playable) will be Level 1, since he was in a Coma for 11 1/2 years and grew weak Physically.

 

Aqua(If She's playable), im not so sure, since she's been fighting Heartless for 11 1/2 years, so she's probably Overpowered now.

 

Kairi could start the game with a tutorial showing off her Training as a Keyblade Wielder, same could be said for Lea.

 

Not so sure about Terra(If he's playable)

If 3D was on PS3 and you could transfer Save Data, maybe it could work. But since it was on 3D, there's no chance of that now.

 

Maybe if you have 1.5 and 2.5, and KH3 gets on PS3, maybe it'll take your save Data from the Remasters and give you bonus attributes from the start, like a higher level.

 

But considering how this is made by SE, we're guaranteed to get everyone set at Level 1, for the first run of the game.

Honest Opinion:

Sora should be weaker then riku becuase im sure keyblade master somehow gives you some sort of strength.

Riku like i said up there but the other way around

Kiari should be weak in her story if she has one.

Lea should be strong considering lea awakes in axel's nobody like form.

Aqua has to be strong by fighting heartless alot.

Terra's Armor (Terra and, Erraqus): Probally weak but strong considring he fought Sora in KH2 Final Mix

Yeah that's true. I remember the Last game in the Legacy of Goku series "Buu's Fury" had most of the character's start at level 60-70, and the Maximum Level for all Characters was Level 200.

If you want to know what the Legacy of Goku Game series is, Its pretty much the whole DBZ series, made into an RPG with 3 games, but it turned out REALLY REALLY WELL. Well, Legacy of Goku 2 and Buu's fury turned out really well, the first one, Legacy of Goku I, turned out like Shit. All of the 3 games are for GBA if you wanna play the series

That's what they did with Gohan in Legacy of Goku 2, where every one started at higher levels, while Gohan started at Level 1, and at Level 50 surpasses everybody in strength no matter what. Also, before you ask, yes LOG 2 takes place from the start of the Android Saga, to the end of the Cell Games, which is why Gohan is the strongest rather than Goku who ironically turns out to be one of the weakest Characters.

They could mix a Tales of level style with a .hack level style. Start Kairi off at level 5-10. Keep Sora and the rest around level 50s and whenever you're not using Kairi she levels up on her own during whatever she's doing in kh3.

Side Note: Yeah, i should've assumed that you wouldv'e. I'm surprised they managed to make DBZ into a Decent and really fun RPG series. Seriously, i love the games save for the first one. Im so Happy that they did that.

 

Yep, i agree with you save for where Kairi levels up on her own. Unless you had EXP Walker and could set it to whatever character you want to gain EXP.

Kratos had everything he got from GoW 2 in the beginning of GoW 3.

i used to awalys think of it as.lv.100 in kh1 equals lv.1 in com cuse the heartless have grown so much stronger.lv.99 in com= lv.1 in kh2 etc.... but thats when i was 6-10 yrs old
