(Just a little short story...nothing too special. Thanks to Sikota for the idea behind it.)

"Three targets. 30 degrees west, two blocks away." Kurosuke murmured, using a pair of binoculars to view several beings from a rooftop several blocks away. His black hair was an unruly mess as his flicked it out of his eyes, trying to keep the offending bangs out of his eyesight.Kurosuke stood up, his black trench coat-like cloak flowing easily around him-- moving ever so slightly in the light breeze that flowed this night."Demons, definitely." Kurosuke muttered, reaching back to unsheathe the wapon that clanked against his back. It made a slight sound as he pulled it out, carefully pulling out it's length. It was a black sword, easily the length of his arm. But what made this sword special was the gun attachment-- the blade doubled as a gun when needed.  Kurosuke's blue eyes glimmered in the moonlight, the only thing that reflected on him amongst his dark attire. He leapt down from his perch, falling a story down to the well-lit sidewalk below. No one was out at this hour, though a few cars did drive past the teen.  Like that, Kurosuke dashed off, his feet nimbly running down the sidewalk as he headed towards his destination. His gun-blade was drawn; his arm holding the weapon in a backhanded motion.  Kurosuke skidded to a stop. He turned to his right, looking down the alleyway. Beyond was a large, wooden wall made of wooden planks. Beyond it, a bluish light could be seen...and inhuman howls could be heard."Tree spotted. Location confirmed." He muttered to himself, his voice both robotic and cold. Kurosuke charged forward, kicking his feet off the nearest wall to throw himself over the wooden barrier.  Immediately he brought his weapon around, an audible clicking heard s the gun-blade let loose the first volley of bullets-- their targets being the monstrous beings below.  They were of varying colors-- some red, blue, and a sickly green. They all looked like some sort of animals; like an ox, lizard, or bird. They were demons. One of them -a serpentine red naga- reared it's ugly head to spot Kurosuke's black form, but it was too late. By then, the bullets had already rained down upon the demon; with it's body suddenly bursting into flames from the holy bullets, its body rendering to nothing but yellowish dust.  Kurosuke landed nimbly onto his feet. His blade clicked, the hilt moving backwards to go from a gun with a really long bayonet, to an actual blade."More targets than previously thought." He murmured, "Seven. Tree must be eliminated." Kurosuke looked to a massive glowing portal, where from it the most blood-curdling screamd could be heard. The portal had a slightly tree liked appearance, and it was from here the demons appeared to spawn.  Kurosuke landed-- his blade slamming into the face of a red demon, its entire body suddenly collapsing into the same yellow dust.  One of the monsters roared, a massive ox-like brute that charged towards Kurosuke, hefting up it's massive left claw. Kurosuke merely ducked, plunging his blade into the armpit of the beast; it, however, not turning into dust like the rest. Instead, normal blood began to pour out of it; the monster roared, managing to hit and slam Kurosuke into a nearby wall."Underestimated advisory. Greater demon present." He murmured, coughing as blood began to pour from a wound from his head. It began to cloud his right eye as it poured down.  The monster roared again, flipping around to where Kurosuke sat. It roared a third time, charging again towards the seemingly helpless boy.  He, however, rolled forward, grabbing his gun as he went. The handle clicked-- the weapon reverting to it's gun form. Several shots were heard later; the monster now having several holes lodged into its chest. It gurgled in response, large amount of sickly red blood spurting out; before the monster finally collapsed and dissolved into dust again.  Kurosuke frowned. There still remained three demons. He looked up, seeing the last three-- seeing actual fear coming from their blank eyes. The gun clicked into its sword form. Kurosuke immediately rushed forward, his face tight and cold as he rushed and slammed his blade into the first demon. He sliced left, hitting the second. Immediately from that, he turned right and shoved it forward, into the third monster.~  There was a thick, yellow layer dust covering the alley now. Nothing remained of the demons save for this, at least, not counting the portal that still remained.  "Demons eliminated." Kurosuke said aloud, looking at the Tree. He pulled out a small trinket -a tiny golden cross- and tossed it in. A loud, blood-curdling scream was heard from that, and the portal shut itself.  Kurosuke sighed, wiping the blood from his face. He sheathed his blade, a smile finally coming to his otherwise stone-cold face.  "Let's go home." He whispered, turning and walking away from what was, at one point, a battle zone.

Who needs Bleach? This is much less complicated.

In all seriousness great job. Didn't think Kurosuke would turn out so... Robotic...

Also, it kind of felt like a scene from RWBY with the gunblade

Great job, Silver
