Luxord is Organization XIII's tenth member, a Nobody who controls time and uses cards for a weapon. Luxord does not specifically play an important role in the Kingdom Hearts series, just only to help the Organization. His complete being's name and future appearance is unknown. He appears in Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days and in Kingdom Hearts II, in which he is destoryed.
Luxord chronologically appeared in 358/2 Days, with a minor role. Luxord will sometimes accompany Roxas on missions given by Saix. These missions were often in Wonderland.
However, in Kingdom Hearts II, he plays a somewhat larger role than the last game. His first appearance in the game is in Port Royal, specifically during Sora's second trip to the worlds. Durning his visit, he teams up with Jack Sparrow, who said that William mysterious disappears after an investigation. So they set out on the Black Pearl, in search for him. When they do, he is on the Interceptor, captured. They manage to rescue him, Luxord appears on the Black Pearl with the cursed gold that William was searching for. He calls forth the Grim Reaper, a Heartless. When they are done battling it, it goes overboard, and Luxord still acompanies them. Before they're able to do anything, he calls out, "Parley" which Jack doesn't not attack, asking for negotiations. He "surrenders" the chest, but takes out four medallions, giving it to his Gambler Nobodies, which activates the curses. The Grim Reaper appears, glowing as it's appearence changed. It blows away the gang back to their ship and Luxord destroys it. Of course, they manage to get the medallions, and defeat the Grim Reaper, but Luxord leaves the world.
Luxord makes his final appearence at The World That Never Was. While Sora, Donald, Goofy, Kairi and Riku go up the castle, Luxord appears and makes everyone but Sora disappear with cards. He then challenges Sora to a timed one-on-one battle.
When Luxord is defeated, Sora tries to go for the final blow. He protects himself with his cards, but the Keyblade pierced right threw and delivered the last strike. He begins fading away, telling him, "How could you...Roxas?" Sora gets angry and tells him that his name is Sora. Luxord finally fades into darkness, being the third to last member to fade away.
