Well if u remeber ventus's keyblade shatters wen hes frozen and gets dropped off the cliff.

Because it was Ventus who used the Keyblade, and Ven's heart wasn't Sora's heart. Sora wasn't even supposed to be able to use the Keyblade at all. He just happened to be able to use two later on because Roxas merging with him awakened the ability.

They changed that. In the BBS ending it shows the same scene, but after frozen and falling his keyblade is not dammaged.

Perhaps it is because the keychain makes the keyblade form its way. Then again, idk. Its a good question:
