Katniss Everdeen, dead many years ago, her children, grandchildren, live on. President Coin and Snow, both dead. Katniss murdered Coin, in place of Snow, who died later from unknown reasons. In the later years of Katniss Everdeen's lifetime, the goverment decided to bring back the Presidents. They went through arguements of election, and soon chose a man, with black hair, coal black eyes, and pale skin.
His name, was President Shadow.

History/Bio: Wolf's parents died in a accident when she was 4 years old. She was raised by her 16 year old brother and 20 year old sister, then he died in a fight for food when she was ten. She's been hunting with her brother's katana and bow for 4 years now.
District: District 12
Appearence: She wears her brother's hunting jacket. and her brother's hat and hunting bag.
Job: Secretly a hunter, but nothing else.
Family: Parents and brother dead, her big sister and grandmother take care of her.
Major Weapon for the Games: Katana, and Bow n Arrows.
