Aaron dodge rolled, he jumped up and grabbed him by the neck, using him as a sheild... he stole his gun and caught the attention of the other one with a well place gun shot in the face.

The smarter one fell blood spilling in front of Lu while the other was gasping for breath.

Aaron took the butt end of the pistol and knocked out the dumb one

Lu stood quietly and gripped Aaron's arm hoping not to scare him and get hit. She was looking at the blood pool she was standing in.

Aaron swung around and almost hit her... but he stopped his swing about 5 inches from her temple... he dropped the gun and hugged her...

Lu jumped at the sudden movement but she relaxed. "are you alright?" she asked

"Yeah, I'm fine..." He said,his voice cracking.

He was keeping it hidden... but when he grabbed the Dumbass, he got impaled with a knife... not all the blood was the thugs...

Lu looked at him confused "your hurt arent you?" she asked looking for the lights.

"N-... No..."

He said, faltering...

Lu found the light switch and looked at Aaron seeing some of the blood she looked at him "Your injured" she gripped his arm and walked towards the couch with him.

His eyes started fading out... a dark haze surrounding LuLu's face...

His breathing kicked up to where it was rough and harsh...

And he fell foward onto the ground

Lu paniced and tried not to let him fall "Aaron Aaron please wake up where are you hurt Aaron."

Aaron groaned... pointing towards his stomach... where a huge enter wound was from the blade. Blood seeped from the wound

Lu set him onto the couch freaking out "what do i do what do I do?" she looked around for bandages

Aaron was no help... he was unconscious. If Lu didn't do something...

He'd never open his eyes again

Lu found bandages and started wraping the wound putting pressure to stop the bleeding. she finished and gripped his hand sitting on the floor in front of the couch she was crying.

"Wake up please please be okay"

A few hours later... he woke up.

Lu had fallen asleep clinging to his arm the tear stains on her face showed she had fallen asleep crying,.

Aaron groaned and looked down to her...

"Lu..."

Lu blinked hearing him call out her name and looked up.

"Aaron your okay" she smiled

"A little shaken.... but the contents inside are still good." He said, joking.

Lu smiled gripping his hand tighter "You, You didn't tell me you were injured, you could have died" she whispered

"Yeah... I don't admit to failure easily..."

Lu gripped his shoulder shaking "You could have died and...and I would be alone again" she said her voice traling off at the end as she let go shaking with held in tears.

"You wouldn't miss me... maybe for a few minutes, then I'd be forgotten...
