Hey hey hey! Since Kingdom Hearts III's announcement I've been thinking about Roxas and Ventus in the same scene...about for their clothes, how are we going to recognize. So, I invented myself a story that I just wanted to share with you guys. Basically, Roxas becomes his own person after Sora finds a way to build his own shell and let Roxas out of his body. When Roxas becomes Ventus, he releases Ventus's heart (I think it's inside him...probably not). His connection to Ventus is then severed, but since he's Sora's nobody, his appearance changes and...ROXAS NOW HAS BROWN HAIR! YAY . Okay seriously, I think people who will play KH3 for the first time will need something to recognize Roxas. That's my solution.

Well, if Ven's heart is no longer in Roxas's body, then Roxas would just turn into a replica of Sora. For every nobody, they looked exactly the same as their somebodies.

You can generally tell the different between them.  Ven has a huge chunk of armor on his shoulder.  Ven's trousers are 3 quarter length.  Ven's jacket is half and half black and white.  Ven has a sigil.  Ven has a heart pendant.  Roxas has a X pendant on his chest.  Roxas has checks on his shirt.  Ven is more emotionally. Ven's trousers end with black, Roxas' are mainly cream.  Their sneakers are also different.

 

I doubt Roxas' hair will change colour just while he still bears the physical resemblance of Ven.  If he's going to get a character make over I reckon ti will be a complete one where he'd be unrecognizable as Sora's nobody, and look like a new being.

I feel he looks like a woman with brown hair.  His face is so similar to Xion's when it's dark he looks like her punk sister who spikes her hair

I think that's just me though
