June 22, 201312 yr Author I wish you the best of luck with that. thanks lol it would be easier if i hadnt become good friends with her over the last while Edited June 22, 201312 yr by EternalReckoning
June 22, 201312 yr I was in a similar situation months ago. I was friends with this really nice girl for awhile, then noticed she was giving me signs that she liked me, and I liked her so I asked her out...not a good move on me. Long story short, it was awkward between us, but in the end we broke up, and now we aren't really friends anymore, and rarely talk. I'm not saying this is a bad idea you're doing, just make sure you can make it work, otherwise it may destroy your friendship. Other than that, I wish you the best of luck, and hope it turns out better than mine did.

June 22, 201312 yr A friend of mine did the same. He asked me, I said no. Now we hate each other are still friends and see each other. So it can be okay. However, I have to say that I felt a bit annoyed for a while, but I also made clear that everything is still fine between us.

She'd be a fool to turn you down!
June 22, 201312 yr All I can say is be as honest as possible. Bring up how you feel when you two hang out, and let her know the good qualities about her. As long as you be yourself and stay honest, you shouldn't ruin your friendship with her.

Tbh I didn't find her a good friend as I felt like she was "playing" around with me. (And it's ironic as she was nice and didn't seem the type of person who would do that)As for thread maker, I would give it a shot and ask her out. If anything, I hope you both are still friends. Good luck. Edited June 22, 201312 yr by OmegaForte
June 22, 201312 yr *fangirls and spins around* Guys are supposed to ask girls out. It may be as hard as shit but you guys are going to have to have to guts to do it. Girls won't ask guys out. Few do. Sikota was the one who confessed his love to me...even if it is forbidden we've been together for almost two months.... I asked my last boyfriend out and our relationship sucked. BE BRAVE ETERNAL. SHE ISN'T GOING TO KILL YOU OR HER PARENTS AREN'T OR ANYTHING. YOU ARE A GUY YOU MUST FACE YOUR FEARS. *ships and fangirls and rolls away*

Good luck. Dude...that's EXACTLY how I felt! She would always talk to me, and laugh with me before we were together, she even showed me signs she really liked me, constantly starring at me, smiling at me everytime she saw me, making hearts at me, always working with me in class, laughing at stuff I said, she was SUCH a nice, and friendly girl, perfect in every way but then we got together, and she changed. It was like a switch. The first week was awesome, but then it got worse. I was so confused, she started drifting away from me, then we broke up...a week later she got back together with her douchebag ex. I went to go give her a present at her house a day after school was out (Long story), and she seemed extremely happy to see me, then she said we should hangout during the summer, which was odd becasue I don't think her bf would allow it...everything she does just confuses me, I thought she was different, but I guess not. Women are strange, you think you know them, but you don't.
June 24, 201312 yr I actually feel in love with the one person that I didn't like in middle school, but I can't tell her how I feel cause she has a boyfriend. If she didn't, then I am sure that it would have worked out for us because we like the same stuff, including a passion for Pokemon. But I will say that maybe one day it will work out for us. So as for you, I think you should really just be careful, play it cool, and let whatever happens happen. You can only play the role that was made for you. Hope it works out for you!
