I was wondering about this...

 

Is necessary the PSMove to play games for PS Eye 2 for PS4? Because I wanna buy Just Dance 2014 but I don't know if it is necessary the PSmove to play with the PS Eye 

 

The camera is used to track the motion of the move controller so yes, it is necessary.

The functions of the PS Move controller have been incorporated into the DualShock 4. So you still need a controller to play Move games. 

 

I don't think they can make it like the Kinect because of copyrights. Just like no one else can do glasses free 3D because Nintendo would sue them.

I don't think the PS Move controller will even be compatible with the PS Eye 2. There's a Lightbar on top of the DuelShock 4 that acts the same way as the orb on top of the PS Move. That is what will be used to track movement. I believe the PS Eye 2 comes standard with the PS4. Like the Kinect 2 does with the XBOX One.

 

Either way, PS Move or DualShock 4, you'll still need some kind of controller.

Really? I figures it would since they're always show together. 

Because when a company has a patent on certain technology, no other company can use it without permission until the patent expires. It's a form of copyright infringement, which is illegal. If they made a device that could track movement without the use of a controller and can't prove that the technology is fundamentally different that that used in the Kinect, then Microsoft can claim that Sony stole their idea. And so the PS Eye 2 needs to be able to use the signal from a controller to track movement so that they are protected from legal action.
